Must do Better
Seems to work on my IPad but it is a Dog on my mobile phone. I needed to join as a member to take advantage of the special offers. To do this on my mobile phone was convoluted and did not complete my membership.
Got home and fixed it on my IPad.
On the phone it would not let me verify the code that was sent.
You guys must do better.

Cant even create an account
I have tried numerous times to create an account and every time i fill in my details and hit “create account” the screen just freezes. Have even tried online and same issue. Why have an app when you cant even sign up to even place an order. Absolutely disappointing

Terrible app press on australian premium beers and the app turns off thats just one there are so many glitcy parts

Great app, waiting times too long
The Bottlemart app is great and super easy to use, however despite my two closest stores being quite close, delivery times almost always exceed two hours. Too long!!
Trying to get beer prices
Worst websites I have ever used Dan Murphy and FirstChoice are easy to use yours is too hard to get a result in this age your information tech needs looking at

This is the second time in 3 years I have ordered from this app. The first time was an hour late but fine. The second time 2.5 hours after ordering and after I had called twice they told me they couldn’t find any drivers and I could pick up my order in the morning or the manager should give me a refund tomorrow.

Love the App. I’ve had to order for gifts due to COVID restrictions and it’s great. I get notified of my Sherpa and where he’s at and when he’s delivered. Highly recommend
