You canāt search and find restrooms, medicalā¦but you can find food and drink - should be a no brainer. So it just needs more work.
Skydeck VIP
Shared bathrooms are not working. No woman wants to walk into a bathroom with men standing at the urinals. Bar lines on Skydeck is ridiculously long all day long. First time in 10 years Iāve experienced this. Not worth the $2k ticket.
Hard to register
Donāt know if itās working. Tried like 10 times to add Venmo
No Map View of Schedule
Why is there no map view of the schedule? Itās insane that you canāt get a view to easily see everything playing in all stages at a particular time. Other festivals always have this view, and in the past Bottlerock has too.

Recommendation!
Pretty easy to navigate however I REALLY think you should add a tab at the bottom for quick access to the FESTIVAL MAP before the festival starts!!!! Think the Disneyland app. I was clicking around for 10 minutes trying to find it and I still couldnāt find it. Thank you.

Iāve absolutely loved using the BottleRock app every year! However, starting early last week, every time I go to open the app it keeps crashing. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app over 10 times and it still hasnāt resolved the issue. Hoping this can be fixed with an update? My fiancĆ© is having the same issue and isnāt able to use his app either.

All weekend the app has been crashing. Hard to plan our weekend when your app crashes on opening. Please fix it!

Whereās the map? What are the four stages called and where on the grounds are they?

Youāre less than two months away from your event and you donāt even have the app updated.. Embarrassing!!!!
Doesnāt seem useful
The schedule is missing like 90% of the artists. No map of the venue / stages. Sketchy privacy / device access controls.
Schedule is bad
The schedule is not comprehensive and only shows a few acts for Friday. Makes the app not useful.
Glitchy, frustrating
Attempted over all 3 days to do a purchase pickup for the free tote but was unsuccessful. No wonder it turned from being free with the first few thousand purchases to every purchase, because so few could get the thing to work!!
Covers the basic but that all
Very disappointing to have this app but no map of the venues. Also, they advertised a culinary stage but no dates or times were included for the events here. The app obviously focused on the music lineups only.
Hard to read descriptions
The descriptions of each artist are in a very small font, in pale blue, on a white background.
This is quite hard too read now, becoming nearly impossible in bright daylight.

Good app butā¦
This app has lots of information about the festival and will be very handy at the event. Today I was looking at the schedule and within there is a link to most popular songs for each artist in Spotify. I thought this was great. Letās get an idea of the artists weāll be seeing. Only issue is, most of the songs that play are not the artist listed. Different artists and songs. Not even at Bottlerock. Big thumbs down for this feature.
