Nothing is working
I have added some money to bouki wallet, not I am not able to do anything. Transfer get failed all the time, card payment getting failed all the time as well.

يعلق وحتى لو ضبط بعد وقت وانحطت فلوس فيه بيرجع يعلق والفلوس بتقعد فيه من غير الرسوم والضرائب فا تطبيق ماله داعي من الاخر.

Onboarding is not available, no Nafath number provided, it the time to have this App ready since it is a mandate from government to transfer house workers through official channels, unless you are not an approved one!

App isnt working, theres an error which says “current version not supported, download or upgrade to new version” while this is the latest version i just downloaded because i couldn’t login to my account

للاسف جربت كل الطرق حتى اشحن محفظتي وغير راضي .. لا عن طريق ابل باي ولا عن طريق اضافة البطاقة البنكية ولا عن طريق خدمة سداد .. ابمهلكم شهر بعده اذا ما تسنعتوا ابحذف التطبيق 😁

هذي نصيحة لوجه الله أُقدمها مجاناً وهي تسوى مليارات أهرب عن بنك الرياض أسوء بنك في العالم ليسى هُناك بنك أسوء من الرياض حتى لو البنك الذي تذهب اليه مُفلس هو افضل من بنك الرياض
Worst of the worst finance app I have ever used
I am stuck on the screen “we have frozen your account contact support”and there is no way out of it imagine the inconvinience my salary is linked to this account and I am low on funds.

OTP PROBLEM
I logged in many times but cannot go through beacause OTP is not coming in my number associated with my account. Its so bad! Please fix this OTP sending problem! Its so annoying.

I have tried several times to login into my account but it’s been 2 days and it only says something is wrong and login failure

Tried to create account, and started to get error in the last step, “activate card pin”.
But same time received SMS with newly opened account number, after that trying to login in 48 hours but again same error as - “something went wrong, please try again “.
To check the opened account status, I went to Bank branch and get response that - for Bouki, we cannot do anything, they asked me to open complaint through BOUKI only.
Then I tried to contact support by writing a message and during submitting got error that special character not allowed, but there’s no any special character.
Such a waste of time.

Unnecessarily directed from Riyadh Bank App / website while trying to open account in Riyad Bank. Poor customer care.

كلما احاول اسجل يقلي ( الجنسية له احرف خاصة ) ترا للعلم جنسيتني ميانماري

التطبيق فيه مشاكل والبطاقة لا تعمل .. وشروط غير واضحة للأسف..
أسوء تطبيق
رفعت أربعة طلبات للدعم الفني ولها قرابة السنة ومافي اي رد!!!! المشكلة بتسجيل الدخول يوقف عند صفحة نفاذ مكتوب “ You have a pending request” التطبيق فاشل ب اختصار
