App is broken
I have been trying to install this app and it will not let me login at all. Just freezes whatever option I try to login with.
Can’t delete
Met my current partner on here! I prefer to only date climbers so it’s perfect. Only getting three stars though because neither of us can fully delete our profiles, even when using the “delete account” option. We tried the email provided as well, but the emails don’t go through.

Profile creation wayyy too specific
I saw this app from an Instagram ad the other day and thought it was a cool concept, so I downloaded it because why not? Well, as I’m trying to make my profile, I keep getting shut down trying to add my first photo. Can’t be wearing sunglasses? Can’t be with someone else? HAVE TO BE FACING THE CAMERA? Like I get why you’d want the primary picture to be a valid picture of your face, but in my camera roll, I don’t have any of those where I’m ALSO climbing. I’m usually more focused on the climb and the other environmental factors that come into play. I’m sorry, I just think that’s a really dumb thing that’s going to keep people away, because it’s just not realistic.

Great idea and customer service
I really wish these guys the best of luck, it is a great idea and I hope it catches on in more places.
Unfortunately in my area I didn’t really have any results.
But they were very prompt in responding and helping me submit a refund request.
I am sad to say the app didn’t get me the results I was hoping for, but I can’t blame them for lack of adoption in my area. Perhaps they can get marketing materials in the climbing gym franchises. But I am happy to say I did get a complete refund.

Very very few people ! For some locations any ! Even without filters. That’s very disappointing you paid for nothing, the app needs a huge marketing to get more users

Great idea but frequently glitches
I love the concept of this app—I’ve met several climbing partners and even two previous boyfriends through it! But the constant glitches are incredibly frustrating. Even restarting the app doesn’t resolve the issues. I’m frequently prompted to upgrade to premium, but I can’t justify paying when the basic version isn’t functioning properly. I’ve just reached out to support for the first time and am currently waiting for a response regarding the latest glitch.

Thought it might be fun, signed up for the paid Pro version, all filters off, distance set to max… no profiles to show (in LA!). Seems like maybe they ought to build a user base before prompting people to subscribe, or at least give an introductory free month or something. Contacted Apple for a refund per the customer service response, which was approved so props for that I guess.

Premium is a waste of money
Paid for a months premium and had maximum distance but run out of matches in a few days. User base is not big enough to justify premium.
I can’t make an account
I think this app would be good if I was able to make an account and it didn’t just say “unable to create user”
No users but great concept
There's no users in a 100 mile radius of me. You should allow users to set different locations, so if I'm traveling to Yosemite, I can find someone to meet.

SF Bay Area needs more promotion
Bouldering is literally the number one activity in Tech in the Bay Area. As mentioned by other users, I also ran out of swipes in one day. This app needs more marketing so I can find my muscle mommy.
Can’t create an account and bad privacy
0/3 of the account creation methods actually work when using a VPN and awful app privacy. Quit collecting every bit of user data. Apart from that there are basically zero users on the platform.
