Poor user friendly app
I wish I didn’t have to leave this rating because my daughter absolutely adores Bounce Patrol. However, I purchased the subscription primarily for the offline viewing feature and have been unable to work out how to download/bookmark content for offline access.
During the trial period I contacted support for assistance but unfortunately never received a reply. I still haven’t been able to find any instructions within the app explaining how offline mode works.
The content itself is wonderful, but the app functionality and support experience have been disappointing - particularly after paying for an annual subscription.

Bounce patrol is wholesome and great. This app is convenient.
Subscription based
The app looks so cute but everything nowadays requires a subscription. Constantly spending money for content. For our family we have to draw the line. We pay for YouTube premium to watch all of this content and our other favourites ad-free and we can download for offline watching. This app looks cute and I had a quick look but honestly it’s just an organised version of your videos that we already have access to. It looked like only 4 puzzle games if you pay for the subscription. If it was a one time payment of let’s say $20 to access all the content I’d be happy to do that. But the subscriptions are getting out of control.
Absolutely love your content though. You’ve helped our toddler who has severe speech delays start to say animals and letters from your “Alphabet animals” song. Please keep making your beautiful content on YouTube and Spotify.
