I have to update it already and haven’t had it a month. Also it will not update. Not impressed with it at all.
This app is extremely complicated to register children🛑
Most difficult app ever!
It is good 😁
Seriously, could you be any less user friendly?!?!?!
accounts don’t link properly. app doesn’t integrate with password vault tools like lastpass, nordpass, bitwarden, etc.

There are so many bugs and exceptions to this app. Customer support refers you to the school and the school circles you back to customer support. A month after originally setting up my account, and weeks after school already started the issues still aren’t resolved.
I have receipts for tickets but nothing is showing up under tickets.
Great idea but needs lots of work. Hard to sign up and create a new account. Need to create a printable calendar. I seem to have to re enter the team that indent follow
When looking for “worker shifts” it is very difficult to get from one event to the other. I’ve had to re-search for my school multiple times already.
I would give it no stars! Always signs me out. Drops my daughter off our family account….even after they have fixed the issue. Shows last year’s schedule even though I registered for the current year. Can’t get a human for any sort of customer service!
Doesn’t even offer the basic option to sync to a shared calendar. This is an absolute must have for this kind of app.
This is annoying because schools make yet another app that you have to do for your phone so you can track your students and do things with your students. Then you go through the whole side of process and you try to add your child you try to add yourself as a guardian and you never get the email for you to accept the invite. Why can’t we just go back to paper where you signed something for your kid and you put your doctor’s name in blah blah blah and everything’s good to go stupid app to schools try to use to pass the buck.

Our school switched over to Bound and it has been nothing but trouble trying to sign in and get my child signed up. Not an easy format to use. Then you have to re-sign in multiple times it has wiped out information that I’ve entered and now have to re-enter everything.
The app is nice for viewing your school’s events, but incredibly inconvenient if you like to have your entire day/week in one calendar. The app has zero ability to create a link to send an event to your phone calendar. So you’re stuck looking in multiple places to see your days’ schedule. In this day and age, that’s a very easy coding fix they’ve overlooked.

Damn apps
Can not complete registration keeps saying failed this is not a way they should be handling person information
Not user friendly
There I was. Only needing to upload a single physical… Then the Bound system happened. I like to think of myself as a smart man. A little above Forrest Gump. However, I realized that trying to file a claim at the USPS w/o a tracking number is easier than that. While I was stumped, I decided I need help. I asked my wife, friends, pastor, rabbi, congressman, and old church lady at the end of the cul-de-sac for help. I then sent my issues to my work tech support. They have sent it to a back-line team. Elon Musk is not studying this for government waste. I’d like to give this more star. But I’m not even sure it’s worth “a” star. Maybe a half moon…
