Can’t believe how much of my info they need for this.
Terrible App
This is the most un user friendly app available. I’m logged in and it still asks me to log in. I try to register my kids and even though all their info is on the app already, I have to load it ALL again. Don’t worry though, when it comes time to pay, that is perfect. Whomever designed this needs to actually have a kid in school and use this app from an end user perspective. If this is the best app schools have available, I’d hate to see the others.

As a student athlete, I really like the idea behind this app. Having registration, schedules, ticketing, and school sports information all in one place is incredibly convenient, and once my information was added, my team schedule has worked well. Yet, it still prompted me to follow a team on the home screen (despite following two and my school district), unlike the images of the Home Screen they have posted on the App Store.
Unfortunately, the setup process has been frustrating. My family downloaded the app to create a family account, but they were unable to get everything working correctly. After I received my invitation and registered, the app repeatedly failed to function properly, and I could only see my family information through a web browser- not the app itself. I updated my phone, checked for app updates, deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the same issues kept happening. At one point, one of my parents was even locked out of their account, and the app crashes fairly often.
I’m hopeful these issues can be improved because this app has a lot of potential. My biggest concern is reliability once the season starts. Families depend on this app for schedule changes, cancellations, and event information, and it can be stressful if they can’t access those updates when they need them most. Student Athletes as well.
Overall, I think the concept is great, but the app could be much more user friendly and stable. I hope future updates focus on improving account setup, reducing crashes, and making the experience smoother for students and families alike.

My kids school system just transitioned to a cashless system so I’m trying to navigate through this site. Lots of things to do to get kids signed up to be able to attend sporting events. I’ll get it figured out but just a headache so far.
Not end user friendly
Please let a 4 year old with crayons let you design the next update because it will be way better and more user friendly!!! We are not protecting nuclear launch codes here!

It’s hard to use.
BOUND
This app is not at all user friendly. The calendar often doesn’t show all the teams that are chosen. I usually check the master schedule and the individual team I am following to get all information. This app does not save me time nor does it accurately report all events with extra searching.
Slow and outdated
Scores and standings are slow to update
Freezes up, deletes uploaded physical docs, can’t locate my family. I could go on

Sports
Dumbest app ever. Way to confusing and my kids school says “sign up for sports on Bound app” and no where on the app will it let me. Terrible app!!!
Super confusing
I had to use this app for sports, and you couldn’t fast any information. I had to spend hours trying to get stuff working, and even then I had difficulties afterwards. Could be better with a few fixes, but as of now, just really confusing and inefficient.
Registration Removed
The app was great until the update removed the registration tab. Now you have to use a desktop to do it and I have to jump through about a million hoops to get my kid signed up for sports.
Nonexistent sporting events.
I drove 20 miles to a sporting event listed in Bound, only to be told that there was no event.
Okayish App
I titled my review that way (on purpose) because it’s great when the app actually works! My son plays bb tonight and I’m not able to buy tickets ahead of time? It’s done this before.

Not user friendly!
As a parent, it’s very frustrating trying to find where to register my son for sports. I have to switch from the mobile app to a desktop website. I’m currently trying to purchase event tickets, and the mobile app doesn’t work at all. This is not a user-friendly app or program.
