Search is Terrible
The search option is terrible and I can never find anything.
0 stars - Parents nightmare
Terrible app user experience and workflows. They even disabled the ‘Write a review’ link. Don’t be fooled by the App Store rating. Parents lives now made more complicated. There must be a better solution. AVOID!
Awful
This app is awful. If you want to purchase a ticket for someone that is coming separately, good luck getting the ticket to them!
Calendar
Copying a link and putting into iCal doesn’t work. This is the worst app I have used for my kids activities. The main thing I want is to be able to do is have accurate information in my family calendar to manage all of my kids activities. You will have to hand enter all activities if this is the app you select. The app (and customer service) say you can do it, but you can’t!

Not user friendly.
Terrible app
Nothing saves. Had to enter things multiple times before it saved when I switched CJ rd to the website. No good instructions or prompts on how to purchase an annual pass and apply it to a child. Kept refreshing screen. A 2-3 minute task turned into 45 min of my time.

Bound Sports is a very good app to follow high school sports in whatever state you live in! I live in Western Wisconsin and can follow all the surrounding local teams and communities.

Terrible ticketing
I can’t hate this app enough. Out of dozens of different sports app I’ve used this is the worst one in terms of functionality and help. Managing a family of 5 and tickets is terrible between inviting and re inviting the kids, family pass not showing up ticket not working g and the awful AI help

I have to update it already and haven’t had it a month. Also it will not update. Not impressed with it at all.

accounts and family accounts
accounts don’t link properly. app doesn’t integrate with password vault tools like lastpass, nordpass, bitwarden, etc.

Great idea. Poor execution
There are so many bugs and exceptions to this app. Customer support refers you to the school and the school circles you back to customer support. A month after originally setting up my account, and weeks after school already started the issues still aren’t resolved.
I’ve purchase tickets and they don’t show up
I have receipts for tickets but nothing is showing up under tickets.

Great idea but needs lots of work. Hard to sign up and create a new account. Need to create a printable calendar. I seem to have to re enter the team that indent follow
