Search doesn’t work
Can’t find anything on the app. The library advertises Boundless but I can find it on the app

I cant really rate this but i just put three stars because it doesnt know what library im talking about i put the name but all it shows is a university library and I clicked on it and it said i had to put a password for it 😞
What Cities are Connected to this App?
I downloaded the app. I searched Cleveland, Cleveland Public Library, 44106 and Shaker Heights. The app couldn’t find a library for me. I’ll stick with Libby and Hoopla.
Best app for books!
This is an amazing app that provides books to read for anyone that has a library card. In my opinion is better than Libby because you can find a lot of books available when in Libby you have to wait months to get them. The app is totally free, which is a great deal now a days, since many times I do not have money to buy the books, but with this app I am able to enjoy and fall in love with all this books!

Frustrated
First, the app on my android phone won’t open the book I’m reading. Next the app signed me out , then can’t find the library I’ve been using all along. NOW, the app is doing the exact same thing on my iPad mini right in the middle of my reading a book.
I’ve already sent an email on the problem with my phone and no response in over a month. Disgruntled and frustrated.

Failure
Fails to check out. Asks for a return when none is checked out!
Crashes Upon Opening
The app opens then immediately crashes.

I sent an email to tell me I deleted the app since over 10 days you made no info and that's a waste of my time
Not a “Premium digital library app”
Trying to use this app and it does not work. I open it, using my iPad in landscape orientation and the app is shrunk down to open in portrait mode. Really?
Then it asks me to enter information pertaining to my library, providing a search box. However I am unable to enter any text into the text box. So the app is totally worthless.

Better Off Using a Different Platform
This app has so many bugs. Once you log in, which you have to redo every time, you can search a book, but trying to click on it to see more? Good luck. “Your session has expired” when you haven’t even been in for a minute.

Fix IT!!!
I downloaded this app because I saw a flyer at my local library. Got it and as soon as I opened the app, immediately noticed a glitch when I search up my library it doesn’t allow me to click elsewhere and just stays in that screen. Like hello??? Is this thing on??? Useless app doesnt even work!!!! If I could rate it 0 I would

Disappointed
This app is terrible. Cannot move from chosen library to sign in. I give up!
Disgruntled
Boundless won’t let me turn the page in the book I’m reading on both my iPad and my android phone. This is the second time I’m reporting the same issue.
Checkout issues
I can’t checkout a book even though I have zero books checked out
Keeps getting stuck
It used to work ok, but now it just gets stuck and does not show me my checked out books, does not let me check out more, and does not show my wishlist.
Boundless review
App regularly logs me out of my account requiring me to find my library and add my library card details every month. User interface isn’t super intuitive and searching for specific genres takes a few extra steps than I think it should.
Non functional
I used this app for years, but in the last few months, the app has stopped working. You can’t hold books, check books out, or listen to them. I’ve tried everything.

I really like it. It is easy to link it to your library account and find books for you. But I wish it was easier to find audiobooks. but sometimes it’s glitchy
It worked until it didn’t
I was so excited to see the partnership between our state library and our county library accessible through this app. The app worked great for a little over half the book. Then it didn’t. Under the books checked out tab I can see the number one, but when you click on it, it just circles and circles and doesn’t load. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail. I just wish that this app worked and I could finish reading the book as I am left on a cliffhanger. Very frustrating.

Does not work
I haven’t been able to checkout any books since October. Called multiple times, deleted and reloaded the app but it didn’t make any difference. Very disappointed.
