A must have for all Aotearoa mamas
As a mum of three, I wish I had this app for my earlier pregnancies. The content is SO much more NZ appropriate than other big name, main stream pregnancy apps. I feel the checklists and schedule functions are super helpful for first time mums in particular. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been using the Bountiful app during my pregnancy, and it’s been incredibly helpful! Unlike many American-based apps, Bountiful is tailored specifically for New Zealand mums, offering features like a birth plan guide, contraction timer, and a hospital packing list. The app also includes useful local resources and information, making it so much easier to prepare for birth and beyond. It’s a fantastic, user-friendly tool that I highly recommend to any expecting mum.
