When you have diet restriction and you order diet or zero sugar drinks, they just put any drink full of sugar- their app doesn’t have costumer support, so in other words , you pay , they hand you what ever they want , you just accept- my order was Transaction number: 1786-0_655

Promo code doesn’t work
Saw a promo code in the app, 2 for 1. Rice Bowls. Ordered exactly per requirement. But it said code not valid. Show to store staff, but they don’t know why and don’t know about this promo. Said Possibly online only. But online doesn’t work. So cannot get the deal. People who create promo don’t try for to see if it works before releasing.

No delivery tracking!
When making an order, there is no way to track the delivery. I have no idea to know when my order has been picked up, when the driver drops it off or even how far he is. Unless the driver communicates directly and lets me know he's arrived, I have no clue! I made an order and after a while of radio silence I decided to check my door and I see my food there! What if it was raining or snowing? who knows how long my food had been sitting there before I chose to go check. You guys need to fix this and add some sort of tracking notifications, map or atleast delivery confirmation. What prevents my driver from stealing my food if I can't see where he's at or if he's dropped it off or not? Very unreliable. At this point I'd rather just order through DoorDash or something. Terrible, useless app.

Sur l’application Boustan, on n’a pas accès à notre historique des points donc on n’est pas capable de faire le suivi de nos points après chaque transaction. Il va falloir mettre l’application à jour et ajouter cet option pour améliorer l’expérience client!

Promo didn’t work
There was a 2 for 1 promotion. After paying the receipt only showed that I ordered only one sandwich. I was only willing to order because it was 2 for 1. They need to test the app thoroughly before releasing to the public.

Horrible
After going through the whole process of putting in a delivery order, entering credit card info, and submitting, it error’d because delivery isn’t offered at the restaurant in my city. Instant uninstall. 😡

Lorsque l’on commande en ligne avec l’application pour aller chercher en magasin, ils nous chargent un Frais de Service. Heille… arrivez en 2025, je vais le chercher, pas de livraison, les frais de service pour developper votre nouvelle application c’est de l’arnaque
