Their customer service is 0, like u will have no info on when will u get your order and it takes more than a month. And they do not respond to any of your messages.
Haven’t received my order yet been over month and half
I paid Rs 6050 for my order. Its had 3 products Jumpsuit, Fleece Jumper, Trousers. Ordered on 28th Dec 2024 for winter months, winter almost over, but haven’t received my order yet. I dont get response on the chat too. Its frustrating experience. Would never order anything again. I dont trust Bovary.

Do not ever buy from them ..had a really bad experience Service is really terrible.
App not working
Whenever i try to open the app it gets stuck on the currency page and it doesn’t respond the clickings.
Scammers
They stopped responding to my messages on instagram, downloaded app only to find out the reviews were negative. I had to report them to eSewa for my refund and only then they replied back and delivered the product. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
