Hello Forever trying, thank you very much for being a customer and for your feedback. We do apologize for any confusion, but when you work out the dates and times of your workouts are set by your TC200 console. When workouts are synced to the TreadClimber app the times may change, but if so, this would be caused by time zone settings on your iPhone or iPad itself. The TreadClimber app itself does not set the date and time of your workouts. We do definitely stand behind our products and we are happy to assist you. We would love to continue assisting you and working towards resolving any and all trouble. If you would like any assistance, please contact us so we can help. For issues with the machine, call us at 800-605-3369, Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM Pacific. For issues with the app, launch the app, navigate to the Settings, and then use the "Send us an email" option. That will go directly to our App Team and they respond to customers within 1-2 business days. The app itself is otherwise functioning normally and properly as the TC200 exercise journal/log. It is syncing to TC200s and recording/storing exercise results and workout data. While some customers initially experience syncing difficulties, this has been tied to confusion about how to get started with the app and not the app itself so no updates have been necessary for some time. We make great and high-quality products to help our customers work towards and achieve their fitness goals. We stand behind those products and we are happy to resolve any issues should they arise. We're sorry to hear you no longer feel this way, but we appreciate your business over the years and wish you all the best. - Bowflex Team
Sync not working
Syncing issues & no update for a year?
Response from developer
Hey higoofy, we're sorry to hear about any trouble and we're happy to help. Just in general, for any syncing issues, I'd generally recommend power cycling your mobile device and the TreadClimber as follows... -Exit the app and ensure it isn't running in the background. -Restart your Apple device. While the phone or tablet is restarting... -Unplug the TC200 and wait about 30 seconds before plugging it back in again. -If it does not immediately wake up, after about a minute hit the Pause/Stop button several times to turn on the TC200. At this point... -Restart the app and attempt to connect to the TC200. If this works, one thing that can be causing this is another device already being connected to the machine or having its connection time out. Similar to leaving a phone off the hook if that reference makes sense. If the app and machine suddenly connect after that full power-cycling process, but this is a constant thing for you, contact our App Team by navigating to the app Settings and then using the "Send us an email" option. Let them know that you're having to constantly power cycle your TC200 and specific Apple device to get things working and they'll take over directly within 1-2 business days. Alternatively, if power cycling does not help and you are still unable to connect, please contact our Customer Care team so we can check out the TreadClimber itself. Customer Care can be reached at 800-605-3369 Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM Pacific and Saturday, 7 AM to 12 PM Pacific. When you call, I'd use options for Troubleshooting and then TreadClimbers to get connected to a live agent. They'll take over immediately from there and we're glad to be of assistance. - Clayton, Bowflex Team

Hey CNJOBK, thank you very much for being a customer and for your idea! We do appreciate ideas and suggestions so I've passed your information along, but if you'd like to double-up on that, please do feel free to submit requests directly to our App Team. You can do so through our app by navigating to Settings and then using the Send us an email option. That goes directly to our App Team. That all aside, though, have a great 2019! - Clayton, Bowflex Team
Needs improvement
Response from developer
Hey dffrjcegcdy, we're sorry to hear about any erroneous workout info! I've never heard of this happening before, but it is true that individual workouts can't be deleted. Every time the machine connects, it would restore them and that can't be updated as it's more tied to the TC200 console itself. That being said, with the machine being so new, we could definitely just clear all three workouts from the machine and give you a fresh slate. For assistance there, I would recommend getting in touch with Customer Care so we can walk you through it directly. Let them know you want to completely clear your workout data from the TC200 and app. They'll take over immediately from there and we're glad to be of assistance, but in short, they'll be clearing them from the machine, having you uninstall the app, and then starting fresh. Otherwise, while it might seem like it's throwing your results off to start, workout logs aren't so much about individual workouts (other than some you might be proud of or use as a standard) as they are about your general ups and downs, what limits you've hit temporarily, and so forth. That all aside, wish you all the best and have a great 2019! - Clayton, Bowflex Team
