Every article and every issue says pay for issue after I already spent the 10$ for the yearly subscription. Canโt read a single article

Terrible customer support
Paid for two years of digital subscriptions. Downloaded the apps for four magazines. It let me download two issues and wants me to pay for the new issues. Tried calling their subscription services and they were clueless about the apps. They gave me an email address to get an answer. Emailed them and was told my subscription did not update for some reason. He said he would get back to me, over a week later and no solution. Avoid the apps and get the paper version instead. I was trying to get away from paper and go all digital. They really dropped the ball with these apps and customer service.

Says I don't have subscription
I have proof I have a year subscription and it says I can't download new one because I don't have a subscription" come on this is a rip off

I haven't seen the November 2014 available for download yet either. What's going on here?

I understand digital takes time. I've waited 3 weeks just to have the ability to download the November issue. Seriously?! After renewing my subscription at the end of September, really second guessing that decision!
Still not working
Haven't been able to download since updating to iOS 8. No good.

Can't download any issues
Since I upgraded to ios 8 I can't download any issues and the issues I had downloaded are all gone. Let's get this fixed people or I will never renew.

The most advanced upgrade since blah blah blah. I can't read or download any issues I've already purchased. The app is dead. Along with my iPhone being more unresponsive than it has ever been. Bring Steve back!!!!!!
Changed compatibility during subscription
The magazine itself is great but the app changed its compatibility to IOS6 and now I can't download news months on my iPad .
Good Content, bad app
I really love the content of this magazine. The stories are well written and useful.
What I really don't get is, why the heck are you forcing us, to read in portrait mode instead of letting us switch to landscape? This was so much better before! Nobody reads a magazine in portrait mode! Please switch back to the old behauvior.

Update realeased
Happy they released the fix for not being able to read the magazine when not connected to the internet. Also, I had a similiar issue as the reviewer above of not being able to sign in; but I realized that the password is case-sensitive. With the same update they remind you that your password is case-sensitive. That really helps.

Great magazine, poor app
The magazine is great, but the app crashes constantly (like when you don't have an Internet connection). I can't download the newest issue (June 2013) until I download the "update" for the app, but no update is available in the App Store, and removing/reinstalling doesn't help either.
Needs work
Downloaded the app, when I purchased newest issue, only 4 pages downloaded. I let it sit for a few and still wouldn't download. Then I logged out of my account it won't recognize my password. Reset my password, and it won't recognize the password that they sent me. Already upgraded my subscription and so far I am very unsatisfied.
