Not sure how to give this app a good rating when I can’t even sign in.. I just get a blank screen and nothing happens!! Pretty ridiculous!!

Paid membership 2 times this year the app doesn’t work . Don’t download save yourself a headache.

I paid for membership to have a usbc account. I have the app. I open the app it logs me in say welcome I can either join or log out. At the top left are 3 lines l, and the first option is for the full website. I click on that and I have to login again. I get a message that says my credentials are valid but I am not a current usbc member I’m asked to join. When I click on join I get message that says I’m already a member and I can’t go any further. Useless

App works good for about 3 days until you get the dreaded spinning “loading” wheel of death. I expect more from a non-profit whose leader makes $364,000/year.

App quit about May 2023, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled on iPhone 13 plus max. App no longer opens
Won’t even load for me
As a league secretary, it would be extremely useful if this app worked so I could search memberships; however, it won’t even load for me. It just sits on the loading screen and never even gets to a log in page. This app definitely needs an update or a complete rework.

Adding the Sanction Number
I enter the first name of the bowler; then enter the last name and press SEARCH. Now I have to back out to the Home Screen to get the bowler’s sanction number. Prior to this update, when you press the search button, directly under the bowler’s name was the sanction number also. Please add this feature back, please.

It was working great for years and then it wasn’t.

This app used to be ok, yah bugs and that but it would still load. Now it won’t even open just keeps spinning on the lid screen. No update in over a year, so I guess they just gave up.
Why do you have this app?
You’re logged into the app and it asks do you want to join touch yes and it exits the app and uses the web browser so why have the app?
