Glitchy
After being advised by the lovely employees at the Bowled Co near me, I decided to get the app so I could unlock more savings. The app is extremely glitchy, it doesn't let you sign in with a code from your email because the page refreshes immediately when you leave it. So you can never actually put the code in. The initial create account page was also all over the place and I could barely select anything and sometimes the words would just disappear and I didn't know what I was reading. If the app can be fixed it would be great, I do love eating at Bowled Co.

Not working
I can’t log in .. it doesn’t send me a code and yes I’m sure I got the correct number.. also when I try to look for the code it doesn’t stay on the screen where I can enter the code so even if I do get a code I can’t enter it
New app is frustrating
The old app worked fine. This one is useless when trying to order ahead for pickup. If you select one of the salad bowls it lists what’s in the bowl but then still requires you to pick what you want in it - if I wanted a “make your own” bowl I’d pick it. Needs to be fixed ASAP. Latest update has NOT fixed this issue!

Loving this app and the rewards program
New app is frustrating
The old app worked fine. This one is useless when trying to order ahead for pickup. If you select one of the salad bowls it lists what’s in the bowl but then still requires you to pick what you want in it - if I wanted a “make your own” bowl I’d pick it. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
