Frustrating App

Recent update removed the swipe to go to previous page function, which is incredibly irritating. You now have to press the back ( < ) arrow.

Worst platform on the market

This app is useless, I have to login to the web browser in order to access all the features. You can’t look up properties unless they are listed campaigns. I just wish my company would stop using this platform.

Terrible app. Constant issues

Always crashes when entering buyers. Constantly having to open/reopen the app to make it half work. Always promised it’s being updated/fixed without anything changing. Security updates have made me have to log in a minimum of 3 times before hopefully getting in.

No properties show up

App is pretty much not usable. Says I have no properties and it doesn’t allow me to search for any either. Please fix thanks

Easy to use on the road agent app

Super easy on the road agent app. Excellent for managing buyers, vendors and more.

Not great

Crashes quite often while we’re at open homes and we get little to no help from the support team

Great app and always improving

We have used this crm and app for many years and always improving the system to meet customer requirements, highly recommend if you are a real estate agent wanting to keep in communication with clients

Text colour

Text remains light when in light mode so you cannot see what you’re typing when entering a new contact. It needs to be changed back to black text when in light mode.

Great potential but a long way from anything good

Limited functionality,

Finding a contact based on already import data such as a category or property address is impossible. The only ways to search for a particular contact is through an already created appraisal listing for sale and primarily in the contact section searching by they’re full name. Even then it sometimes won’t locate allow the contact you’re searching for because this seems to be an issue with data flowing between the app and the crm database online. This problem extends to the appraisals function within the app. Another issue is that with devices that have voice-to-text capabilities, this doesn’t cooperate with the new version. Previous modules did. Now when trying to input notes use v2t, say if trying to use it with hands-free function or a handset, the scribe will disengage after each and every word.
Aside from looking great having appraisals at your fingertips, the only other two notable benefits, I see to this new version of app, is that it has a task section which are allows you to create more work through tasks on the go and you can now create open times from within the app.

My user experience will improve significantly will be when I’m able to use the app more like the online CRM. Good luck BoxDice, I have my fingers crossed!
