No English as Advertised

Despite the app store indicating the app supports English, it does not. I called Box and they confirmed there's no English.

WHY NO ENGLISH??

I’m sure this is a good app, but I have no idea what it says because I don’t know Greek! Absolutely useless for now. I live in Greece for work, but BOX needs to get with the times and have a English version because there are SO many English speaking people living in Greece who use Cosmote! Many apps now have a capability to switch from Greek to English language. Even What’sUp now has an English mode…why not BOX??

You should make it so you are able to use your points to get minutes for calling all instead of just being able to use your points for MB or Data.

Quite good, but…

Functional, reliable, better than the competition in reliability and ease of use. But truly UNPLEASING TO THE EYE. Looks like a 2013 app. Needs a complete revamp

Overall the app is a great concept,
However there is no option to translate the language from Greek to English, so I can’t understand a THING

Μαζεύαμε πόντους 1 βδομάδα για την δωροεπιταγή και όταν τους συμπληρώσαμε , διπλασίασε τους απαιτούμενους πόντους, συνεπώς θα πρέπει να συνεχίσω να παραγγέλνω να φτάσω τους 50,000 πόντους και αν ξαναλλαξει το σύστημα επιβράβευσης και μου ζητήσει 70,000;;;; Πολύ ανέντιμο και άδικο για τους καταναλωτές. Τουλάχιστον το efood σου δίνει peiñata ανεξάρτητα από το ποσο παραγγέλνεις

Δουλειά σας είναι να παραδώσετε το φαγητό ζεστό.

Η παραγγελία από τα Goody’s έφτασε παγωμένη. Τα burgers ήταν λες και τα είχαν στο ψυγείο. Εάν το κατάστημα έφτιαξε τα burgers 10’ νωρίτερα λόγω αναδουλειάς. Και η παραγγελία έκανε να φτάσει άλλα 10-15’. Τότε είναι λογικό να είναι όλα παγωμένα.
Η δουλειά σας είναι να παραδώσετε το φαγητό ζεστό.
Ο κόσμος σας αφήνει τα λεφτά του, εκτιμηστε το. Οι διανομείς να ελέγχουν την παραγγελία πριν την πάνε στον πελάτη. Απαράδεκτοι !
