Really Great Groceries & Service
Super impressed with the quality of the grocery items. It’s like being in a food hall (They have a section called “best of NYC”where you can buy Murray’s Cheese, Balthazar Bread, Wild Edibles seafood etc). Has wide selection with everything you want. Prices are also good. Everything I ordered was less expensive than FreshD. My order always arrives on time and correct. The app interface is more “primitive” than some of the other high-volume grocery apps. I’m fine with that trade off for the ability to get superior groceries and excellent service.

Seriously, no back button?
This "app" is terrible. It's just a bad wrapper around an even worse website. If you search for let's say bread, once you click a result there's no way to go back to the list except by searching and scrolling again 🤯. Even if you're willing to overlook these absurd design choices, product selection on the website is just as bad and basic things like milk and bread are regularly out of stock

Great service, terrible app
It’s pricey but they are the fastest delivery service in NYC and have a great selection. But even though they recently made some changes to the app it’s still bad on an iPad. Tried to subscribe to delivery pass and subscribe button didn’t work. Had to go to computer site. File paths now sometimes show up (finally!) but not consistently. Chat screen placed typing area outside useable screen area so I couldn’t type. Very frustrating.
