I was hacked. Regardless, years of progress gone. Nothing I can do about it now.
I used to love this game.
I was a loyal fan of this game, truly.
I had been playing since around 2018.
Last year (2023), I returned to the game for a whole. Then, after not playing for several months I logged back in to discover I had been banner.
Why? Because of the alleged use of an illegal program.
A year later (2024), I requested further investigation because I was still not satisfied with the response I received.
The latest response from a few days ago states that they found I had violated their policy via a “misuse of funds.”
I use nobody else’s money except my own, and yet my account got banned during the months that I was actively not playing the game.
I always change my passwords and update security settings if there is a data breach of any kind, but even so I was unaware that this had happened to my account during the duration I was gone from the game for.
I hoped that reaching out via their support form would clear some things up, but all I continue to hear is that my account violated the terms of service in the same way and that there’s nothing else to be said.
I used to see hackers and report them all the time on the game, but I never thought my account would be breached so easily despite my best efforts.
So, essentially there is nothing else I can do about it according to their team.
Worst customer service ever.
Don’t expect your account to be safe on this game.
I can guarantee from experience that other game companies have done a better job to protect any of my game accounts than Four Thirty Three has.

Idk how long this game has been out but it’s been years! And they still can’t flip the goddamn game to the right for left handed play. Makes it so uncomfortable and it’s thee most simple thing to do. How lazy and incompetent can you be
