جربت هذه الشركة للاسف شحنت طرد وزنوا 0.4 كلغ بمبلغ 140 دولار خدمة DHL واستغرق تجهيز الشحنة لشحنها اكثر من 10 ايام بعد الدفع ... شركة خدماتها رديئة جدا اول وآخر مرة استعملها ... وانصح كل من يريد التسوق ان لا يختار هذه الشركة للشحن عليها ...
They never listen to you
I’ll asked on several occasions for separate packaging but they alway put the items together.

They robbed me.
After waiting for more than 3 months to receive my shipment, they changed the shipment status to “delivered” although it was not. Also, their customer help is a joke. I do not recommend dealing with them.
Worst service ever
When I first started using the service it was amazing the best I ever used. And it all went downhill suddenly everything became bad. Spoke to customer service more than once and nothing ever happened. And now the biggest thing is they changed their UK address without notifying the customers or sending an email or anything. I have an order that’s already dispatched and to my surprise the uk address just disappeared I contacted them and they said they changed it and they can’t do anything but offer their compassion really???! They even admitted they never sent out anything to the customers and that they have just changed the address without letting us know in anyway!!!

Over price سيء جداً
The app is good and clear. The prices are too much, you need to pay the shipping price plus the tax in Saudi so if you calculate every thing it will be more than what you purchase. I will not use it anymore just waiting for my shipments to arrive and then no more. I will go back to SHOP AND SHIP way much better you will pay less than what you are paying here.اسوأ تطبيق توصيل بالعالم والله تأخرت شحنتي ويوم اكلمهم يقول المفروض اخر يوم امس للتوصيل وش ذا التفاهة وين عايشين. وكل شي صار بظهر كورونا، والله ماعاد استخدم هالتطبيق ابدا مبالغ بالاسعار ليييييييش راح تدفع دبل سعر الاغراض اللي طالبها وغير كل هذا سعر الجمارك سعر ثاني يعني الطلبية واقفه عليك بخساره الله يخلي ارامكس وشوب اند شيب ولا التوصيل المباشر

اسوء شركة توصيل تعاملت معاها من كل ناحية ومستعد اعدهم كلهم بسم الله. خدمة عملاء جداً سيئه ولا راح يفيدونك بأي شي. والاوزان في التطبيق يحسب لك الوزن فقط ولما تروح الموقع يقولك في وزن فعلي ومدري ايش يعني انا وزن شحنتي 20 باوند صارت 40 باوند. والتوصيل المتأخر جداً ولما تكلمهم ليش يقولون السبت والجمعه ما تحسب من ال 10 ايام للتوصيل وطبعاً لما مرت 10 ايام اكلمهم يقولون نعتذر ومدري ايش وحالياً انا انتظر 18 تقريبا ولا جات شحنتي ورغم اني دافع لهم دبل الي المفروض ادفعه و الوقت الي المفروض توصل شحنتي فيه من 5-10 ايام !!!!!

I tried collecting shipments from the UAE to Saudi Arabia and the customer service was more than wonderful and tactful .. I spoke with customer service through the site and the internet was separated then they contacted me and answered all inquiries with great openness ... and the shipping time was late for the time Available free and no additional amount was taken although my account is free to them and I did not inform them of the delay in shipping for the time allowed .. I advise dealing with them for the speed of their service and their response to customer requests and the important feature of the collection of shipments

I have paid for priority package from US to UAE and they said that it will arrive in Max of five working days and still didn’t get it!
