I really like this app! It has an easy to navigate interface and a lot of information in a simple easy to understand format.

The section on sustainable choices I think is most practical and helpful! It’s a great checklist to work toward eliminating waste in your home.
If you’re just looking for a quick list of brands to use and not to use this can be helpful. Just note that the research seems to be surface level at this point.
The recommendations for alternative companies in the humans rights section hardly make sense. BLK + GRN sells skin and hair care but it’s recommended as an alternative for Walmart, Fruit of the Loom, etc. it seems like they found a handful of black owned businesses and recommended them as alternatives for other companies but not in ways that make any sense. Have BLK + GRN as an alternative to a skin care or hair care company we should avoid.
Some of the sources used for this information are not reviewed. If the developers and researchers continue to provide better links to information that aren’t other people’s blogs, the app would be more enjoyable. At this point, I still want to go out and do additional research on some of these companies to verify the information given. The research does not seem thorough at all.
Overall a great tool- it just needs so fine tuning!

So far this app has been really helpful for finding sustainable products to support which will help me cut down on my plastic usage. For example, this app showed me where to buy biodegradable floss. Just started using it and excited to keep using it!

You forgot about boycott for countries. For instance China has a Lychee and Dog Meat Festival.

This app is so relevant and useful, so easy to use and this information needs to be more widely spread! There’s so much background info to also back up these claims: everyone should use this app to help them decide what products to avoid and support!
