Lost data

I have been using this for a few years now. Looked at my history today in prep for my annual cardiology appointment tomorrow and all data beyond 4 weeks ago is gone. Infuriating.

Scam

Day 1

I was looking for an app to take blood pressure by way of an iPhone. I want a process that is easy and portable and uses the phone I already own. I’m having trouble finding the correct instructions compatible with my phone.

Response from developer

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, iPhones do not support blood pressure measurement. Our app is primarily designed to record, monitor, and analyze blood pressure measurements. Currently, no app can measure blood pressure directly. We hope this helps clarify, and we appreciate your understanding.

Only keep data for a week

So I did not realize it only kept data for a week I went to show my doctor my results from the previous week and everything was deleted so I decided to buy the premium, same thing does not store data for more than a week. Contacted the app developer team or whatever they’re called and they said they would look into it three months have gone by nothing so I’m gonna use the free one that came with my blood pressure monitor.
I really like the way the app is set up easy to get information. Nice charts. but that flaw not good.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the data storage issue. We would like to inform you that you can set the Date Range in the History page filter to retain your data for longer periods. This will allow you to keep track of your results over a more extended timeframe.

The first SP presented was not the Omron ap. It was an Apple SP

I searcheD for the Omron.blood pressure device so. I picked the top choice figuring the Apple AP Stoe would put what I needed as the top choice. It apparently was not the Omron ap but an Apple so. There’s a reason Steve Jobs died of cancer at 53. Karma.
