Never connects
Great idea, never works - it’s always “something went wrong” or “can’t connect to internet”, and every single time it’s our local servo at Geebung. Works at other BPs, just not here.

I suddenly can't use the app. It keeps showing 'we can't connect.', but my network is absolutely fine.
Good if it worked
Unable to even add my card to the app. So now I can’t pay for my petrol as I don’t have a pin for my new card as my old card was in the app and expired, sent a new card with no pin and I don’t know my old card pin as I always used the app. Might have to contact consumer affairs if not fixed by the end of the week. No internet connection error when there is not.

I’ve tried three times now to use this app when I’m at the store and I can never get it to work.
Waste of time
App never works, constant “please check your internet connection” on two different phones, on two different networks & wifi.
Can’t even log in now.

Internet Connection Issues
The app simply won’t function for me. Every time I try to use it, it says “We can’t connect, check your internet connection “.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, connecting to BP free Wi-Fi when at a station, on my own home Wi-Fi, 5G Telstra network, all without any luck.

More and more BP do not accept use for payment, has become rather irrelevant now.

No longer useful
Worked well a few years ago when I first installed it. Started working in less and less places. Today it won’t work in any of the stations I use around Toowoomba and the Warrego Highway to Brisbane.
Wouldn’t download
Downloaded so I wouldn’t have to take my baby out of the car every time. I’m yet to see the app work. Even with everything connected, it constantly says no internet connection even though the internet works for everything else.

doesn’t even work half the time i keep getting notifications “it cannot connect” when im on 5G like what. so annoyed and I’ve been on hold to technical support so long and being ignored and then got hung up on!! so disappointing

Very poor design and frustrating when the map constantly returns to your current location every few seconds without prompting. Makes it impossible to navigate the map to find servos.

Not reliable
The app itself is good and the concept is great. However it takes a long time to connect to the server and unlock the pump. And there have been times it says it has unlocked the pump
And it’s working but a staff member has had to come out and say it didn’t work. Today it took them about 15 minutes to sort it out so I could pay. BP Ballarat North staff on Creswick Rd were great though. Customer service is not so common these days but the staff at this store were fantastic. Apologised for the inconvenience even though it was a system issue and not their fault. Hopefully
The reliability of the system improves so that it doesn’t inconvenience staff or customers in the future.

It never works
I reviewed this app about a year ago, back then it never worked. I’ve been trying it ever since and guess what, it never works! It’s always just unavailable.
Great App
The app is great and makes filling up easy. The only minor annoyance is that the app doesn't stay logged in, I need to log in every time I fill up. Perhaps this is because i have two cats with two fuel cards being used by two different people. Would be a nice convenience improvement if the app would stay logged in longer term.
