About

BP Rage Tracker: a simple, no-fuss way to log your blood pressure and pulse. No Bluetooth cuff, no account, no complicated setup. Take your reading the way you normally do and type in the numbers. It takes a few seconds, and you never have to hunt for that scrap of paper again. I built this app to make my own life easier. If it helps you too, great. If not, no hard feelings. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log readings fast: systolic, diastolic, pulse, which arm you used, the date and time, and optional notes. • See where you stand: every reading gets a Rage Level, from "No Rage" to "Ultimate Rage", based on standard blood pressure ranges. • Spot trends: see your latest and average numbers at a glance, plus a trends card that compares your recent readings with your overall average. • Chart your history: scroll through combined, systolic, diastolic and pulse charts, with your average marked on each. • Calculate averages your way: for all your readings, or for any date range you choose. • Edit anytime: fix a typo or add a note after saving. • Bring it to your appointment: export your readings to CSV or plain text to share with your doctor, or keep your own records. • Sync with iCloud: your readings stay up to date on your iPhone and iPad. • Light or Dark Mode: looks good either way, on iPhone and iPad. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Readings are stored on your device and in your own private iCloud account. There's nothing to sign up for. Hope you enjoy it and find it useful. BP Rage Tracker is for personal record-keeping only. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Always talk to a healthcare professional about your blood pressure.

iCloud Sync Your readings now sync through iCloud, so they stay up to date on your iPhone and iPad. Your existing readings move over automatically the first time you open this version. You don't need to do anything, and nothing is lost. Redesigned Home Screen • See your latest and average systolic, diastolic and pulse at a glance • New Rage Trends card compares your three most recent readings with your overall average • On iPad: summary cards for total readings, readings this week, and average systolic and diastolic Better Charts • Combined, systolic, diastolic and pulse charts with your average shown on each • Charts now run edge to edge so you can scroll back through your full history Improvements • Updated for iOS 27, with a refreshed look throughout • The average summary bar now appears only on the Readings and Charts tabs, so it no longer covers content • Easier-to-read titles and buttons in Dark Mode • New Reading form checks your entries before saving • You're asked to confirm before a reading is deleted from all your devices Bug Fixes • You now see a message if a CSV or text export fails, instead of nothing happening • Fixed weekly reading counts not refreshing • General stability and performance improvements
