About
BP722 is a blood pressure journal designed for older adults and the families who care for them.
"722" refers to a home blood pressure routine widely recommended in Taiwan: measure twice a day (morning and evening), for 7 days in a row, taking two readings each time and averaging them. BP722 makes the whole routine easier than a paper notebook — big text, big buttons, and a reading logged in three steps.
EASY TO USE
- Large text, high contrast, big buttons — designed to be easy for older adults
- Log systolic and diastolic pressure; pulse is optional
- Helpful tags: morning/evening, before/after meals, after medication, sitting/lying, left/right arm
SEE YOUR TRENDS AT A GLANCE
- Line chart with color-coded zones (green/yellow/red) makes changes easy to spot
- Choose Taiwan 2022, US ACC/AHA, or European ESC/ESH guidelines — or set your own thresholds
- View by morning, evening, or all-day, so one high reading won't skew the picture
BUILT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
- Create multiple profiles on one phone — track readings for parents or in-laws separately
- Each profile can have its own standard and reminder schedule
NEVER MISS A READING
- Morning and evening reminders help build a consistent habit
READY FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT
- Export a CSV or PDF report and share it with your doctor or family in one tap
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
- Everything is stored only on your phone. No account, no sign-up, nothing collected or uploaded
- No ads, no tracking
