Login is clunky and takes several times hitting login for it to work

By far the worst app ever have to put in a code every time you open the app most of the time it doesn’t open or is really really slow and when you finally get it open it doesn’t allow you to search through the app because it freezes

Why have an app if it stills takes you to the web browser. Now when I log on and enter the code, the code disappears and it would normally give me the option to click log on. It doesn’t do that anymore. It won’t let me save the device.

This site is terrible. After you log in you can not get to the claim submission page. It just goes blank.
Continual Problems
App is slow loading, won’t open some pages. Getting to claims is impossible. Call customer service…..they are no real help either. Tried the BPAS U app and Claims App on three different devices and still having problems. I can’t wait to leave this company….they have gone downhill since started with them over 10 years ago.

The app log in does not work. I try to log in and get no response. I click different icons that have no logic and eventually I get to my information and even then I can’t navigate to other information. It’s amazing that I am getting this survey today 2-2-2023 when I just told a co-worker this is the worst app I’ve ever used. Which raises concerns about how you are managing my money.

Pointless app
This app is frustrating to use. Videos sometimes don’t play showing error message. To log into the app it redirects you to their website. And if you can log in after many attempts you can not make changes to your accounts. It’s just for viewing statements and balances. Useless.

The app freezes up all the time and is a pain just to log in.. I’d like to also see what I contribute every transaction and that seems impossible to do

It isn as claimed at times you have to try a few times it would be easier if they allow facial recognition. But my biggest gripe is I want to see weekly updates because my job is supposedly paying us a portion and I don’t see a breakdown of what’s deposited weekly

There’s been a big update in the user interface and it’s now super easy and efficient to use, visual and simple to understand, quick to navigate, and overall a phenomenal experience. Highly recommend and you were burned by the old version give it another go.

Totally useless and beyond frustrating!
Just read all the other negative reviews and then try to use the app and you’ll see why it’s terrible. I would give it less than 1 star if I could. What a complete waste! I just want to see my HSA amount and transactions on the go, isn’t that what an app is for! If I wanted to be taken to a website I would do it on my computer. Ridiculous!!
