I just got a notification. It states an offer, and qualifies that the offer expires on 9/24/26. WTF…. There is no month numbered 24…!!!!

Terrible and not enough petrol stations
Don’t waste your time , to hard to set up , and I only have one petrol station available for discounts in a 40km radius

I love BP, coffee there fuel in the best. Amazing when you go to the same store everyday and the barista has your coffee ready for you. BP Ringwood thank you
Cannot pay for fuel !
I’ve been using this app for a number of years now. It’s been okay but always a little fiddly in selecting the petrol station you’re at.
However, with the latest June 2026 update, the app is unusable! I was just at our usual station and spent nearly 10 mins to get to a point where I could pay for fuel ! I failed to achieve that! I felt like driving off in frustration, but decided to calm down and fill my car and go inside to pay. Very disappointed.

App needs to be updated
Please review this app as it is not showing the transactions and the points earned. It is like not working properly as the website is showing the transactions and the earned points etc.

Most Frustrating App
The app can never find the relevant petrol station even when you are right at the pump. I use Telstra for my service provider and always have 5G, so it is not because there is a lack of reception. The app is not user friendly and I would not recommend it.
Registered but can’t access
Extremely disappointed as I had already signed up. Keeps telling me to finish registration, then tells me that it’s already registered but can’t access my card to scan to get discounts. So I emailed BP to get sorted and I’m still waiting for reply a week later. Not impressed.
Not recommended
During several years application rise more and more investigate people. Now require also your phone number plus other personal data for registration and new sign in to the app. Now I changed to Shell or other brands don’t need them points, don’t need British Petroleum anymore.
Outdated and unhelpful
The support chat bot is very unintelligent, like something you would’ve found in a support engine 15 years ago. It provides a broken link which is supposed to lead to a support form for you to fill out, however the page doesn’t exist.
Best app ever
I never lose receipt now and don’t have to go into the shop
App Functionality Intermittent
App frequently doesn’t register service station while trying to pay on app. It glitches out when trying to select a pump to pay at, making it impossible to pay using the app and forcing the user to physically have to go into the store to pay.
