My first term in this university has ended. I have gained a lot of experience and when I graduate from this university, I will be proud and get a good job.
Be nice if it worked
I was impressed at first but there are so many bugs. The check in barely ever works, the business law tab on the revise page doesn’t work, and today and yesterday evening none of the revise tabs work at all. The videos don’t even go full screen so they’re too tiny to see anything. It’s more like a podcast, which I could get on board with if that worked consistently!
I did fill a ticket in for the issues and had them reply ‘can you access the website through your laptop?’ Then they closed my ticket when I tried to explain the issues were with the app itself.
Obviously, accessing the website through my laptop does nothing to fix the issues with the app and it’s the app I want to use.
More incompetence from BPP support. Honestly, if you can, just go to a different university.

A little glitchy
A great learning platform but a little glitchy and sometimes the playback of recordings can freeze (or not open at all) for no reason. Since the most recent update I can no longer play the video recordings in landscape view on my phone, so really struggle to be able to see the data.

App can be temperamental
Overall app is easy to use and navigate, however at times videos can freeze and glitch. Sometimes they won’t play at all, happened on two of my devices, not a hardware issue, or connectivity issue, i suggest there should be some looking in to this issue.
