BPPlus for Watch allows you to register blood pressure data points directly to the Apple Health app using your Apple Watch. It provides a convenient way to log your measurements without needing to use your iPhone.
No, the Apple Watch does not have a mechanism for measuring blood pressure. This app is designed solely for registering the measured values that you obtain from a separate blood pressure monitor.
The app's main features include the ability to add blood pressure data directly from your Apple Watch and a sophisticated user interface optimized for the Digital Crown, making data entry smooth and intuitive.
The app requires an Apple Watch and is supported by iPhones newer than the iPhone 5 models. Previous iPhone models, including the iPhone 4S and iPod touch, are not able to use Apple Watch functionality.
You can log your blood pressure readings by opening the app on your Apple Watch and using the Digital Crown to input the measured values. The data is then automatically registered to your Apple Health app.
