Katastrofa aplikacija

Aplikacija je totalno losa. Na transakcije podizanja novca, prikazuje kao uplatu. Dugme “nazad” ne reaguje. Nekoliko puta na dan se izgube transakcije. Cesto izbacuje gresku “nema internet konekcije”.
A o tome da laik ne moze da isprati svoje stanje, to je posebna prica.

Ovo je sramota,toliko cekanje da nesto odrade,ako niste bili spremni za novu aplikaciju zasto ste ugasili postojecu???

Lose

Nisam zadovoljna uopste ni sa cim. Sms ne stize kada se iznos sa racuna skine a na aplikaciji je podeseno u notifikacijama da stize sve. Konfuzno je i bolja je stara aplikacija

Kad date obecanje da ce nesto da radi od 18og Februara, onda se to treba ispuniti a ne drzati svoje klijente u neizvesnosti ceo dan i iskljuciti kontakt telefon. Aplikacija je osrednja….. nista specijalno. Mozete vi to bolje.
