Can’t Register
I just got this purchased on Amazon and on a simple register it says password needs to be 6116 characters and no success with password within this range. Not a good start. Returning it.
Trouble getting started
I’m new to this little wearable device, hoping to have something simple to track sleep and heart rate. I have so far not even been able to establish a login account because the App won’t allow me to enter any password. I’ll keep trying and probably try contacting support.
