Exactly what I needed

I tried a few braces tracking apps before this one and this has been my favorite by far. It’s simple, intuitive, and does exactly what I need to track my progress. Really happy with it!

Excellent app except for the ad implementation

First, the good. This app is very well done and impressive. The UI is intuitive and organized in an easy to use layout. You can quickly find the information you need or add new. The appointment tracking and daily reminders of tasks is helpful. As an am adult just beginning his orthodontic journey, I liked the daily tip and reminders about foods to avoid. The ability to track your progress by adding photos is great. You can track a number of data points without feeling overwhelmed and having to search numerous screens. The developer obviously knew his or her stuff.

The very bad. The ads. They are intrusive and extremely distracting. It is hard to believe that the developer who designed this application did such a horrible job implementing the ads. Several times the app locked up showing the ad after the photo upload. Luckily the image was always uploaded successfully and was in the app after killing it and restarting.

Recommendations. For users wanting a free app, change the ad placement and size. For those willing to pay, offer an annual subscription - perhaps $9.99 per year - or a one time purchase of $19.99.

Final comment, the app confirms the user is 13 years or older. I question the ethics of displaying gambling ads to 13 year olds as well as some of the others that appeared. I understand this is not under the control of the app developers.
