Canāt get setup! App wonāt send setup email!
0 stars! I canāt even get signed up!!!! The app says to confirm the email, but nothing arrives. Check junk and tried to register countless times. I give up.
Why?
So when I go to sign up and everything no matter where I am or if I have full WiFi or whatever it always says āinvite not foundā and Iām really confused.

Time Banking Unreliable
Good app for tracking hours but the time banking feature needs work. It wasnāt accurately reflecting my daughterās banked time, which I thought might have been related to changing her daily goals when the brace was new so I reset the account and set it to start on October 15, but now itās applying all extra time to October 14, even though thatās before the start date we selected in the profile.

Iām an adult with a Scolibrace. So far, this is working out great. It is an awesome way to keep track of time āin braceā. It seems like this app should be more discussed in social media forums about Scoliosis. More people need to bring it up, it is very useful.

No invite
So when I downloaded bracetrack and typed my email, I got a notification from bracetrack. So I open it and then it brings me to a screen saying āno invite found.ā Am I just dumb or is it an actual problem?
Great app, great customer service
This app quickly has become an essential part of my 12 year oldās bracing journey. It is well designed, easy to use, and full of encouragement and positive feedback on this challenging journey.
The one time weāve experienced a glitch, we reached out to the developer, and they not only solved the problem, but emailed me directly MUCH faster than I expected with a clear explanation. (And the glitch was a result of the cloud service provider doing an emergency migration of its servers, so not anything inherently wrong with the app itself.)
Highly, highly, highly recommend this app. It is an essential part of my daughterās tool kit for wearing a scoliosis brace.

Not working since iOS update
Please fix!!! The app is not working since the new iOS update!!!!!
Great app, but needs small improvement.
This is an excellent app and gives you a great overview on compliance! However, my one gripe is that it seems to have trouble calculating banked hours for overnight usage. For instance, if I have a goal of 16 hours, put the brace on at 9PM, keep it on overnight, then remove it at 2PM the following day ā thatās 17 hours, so you would expect to have 1 hour banked. Nope! While it the calendar does show the correct number of hours broken down by day, it doesnāt see any surplus of hours for that particular session. Leaving me to still have to manually track ābankedā hours in the Notes app.

So grateful for this app!
I am so grateful to have found this app for my daughter who has been wearing a brace for a month now. It was very time-consuming to try to track her brace time manually; this app makes it so easy. My favorite features are the start and stop buttons and the ability to bank time. Thank you so much for creating this app!

Great app, some problems
This app is one of the most useful apps I could ever have, and I love the banking hours feature! Again I love this app but here are some problems I am experiencing;
I had 11 hard earned bank hours and I needed to change their expiration time from 12 days to 31 so I could have banked time used for an event. But once I changed the expiration they all disappeared! I donāt have my banked hours anymore and now Iām at 0 banked hours and not enough banked hours even if I wear the brace the rest of the day.
One more problem I have is if there is not good wifi connection. My wifi at home is absolute garbage and it is always cutting out. And if I try and open the app it lets me time my brace time but then when the wifi comes back it all disappears! I had my brace on for 10 hours and all of it was gone.
Please fix this stuff! But other than these two things it is a pretty good app and I would recommend it! ā¤ļøā¤ļø

Great idea, but needs work.
I love the idea of an app that traces your back bracing hours, but this app is problematic. It doesnāt work. Iāll be wearing my brace for a couple hours, and then pause the timer, then when I turn the app back on it says Iāve only worn it 44 minutes.
Very helpful
I am a physiotherapist who works with scoliosis and many of our kids are wearing braces and using this Brace Track App to assist keep track of their brace wear hours. The banked hours feature is especially helpful in enabling kids to plan for special occasion brace free time (and be guilt free for it!) and parents anxiety lowers too. An easy to use helpful App, especially in the early months. Well done developers!
