They haven't played their own app
The words portion is totally erroneous. I took a snapshot and simply typed in the words, and got 80% wrong according to the app. Obviously I could continue using the app while checking against the actual results I'd write down elsewhere. But if I wanted to bring pencil and paper into this I wouldn't need an app

Brain athlete mnemonics
It's a great idea but the app has lots of errors in. In the random words section there are words that are spelled incorrectly. Also it said that I got wrong many of the items in word or cards section and I was sure it was in error. So I tried the random words again but this time I wrote down all 10 words before I memorized them and did the test. Sure enough I had said that word number 9 was prescription and the program counted that wrong, but I verified from my written list that it was the program that was in error, number 9 was indeed prescription. Needless to say getting one's correct answers counted wrong is not exactly a confidence builder.
