Terrible support - scam
The subscription is not worth it and when I tried to contact their support to get a refund, they had no way to contact them. The website they use for support errors and does not send messages (as I’ve seen with other reviews) nor do they respond to direct emails to their “support email”. They also have no phone number to contact for support. Overall, I believe the subscription is a scam and the app is bad. Hope nobody has problems with their account, otherwise you will not be able to receive help. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

I’m having a go at this app. Not sure who it’s targeting ? But if it’s individuals with a range of difficulties from general aging to dementia, the instructions are ridiculous. Trying to focus on the task and follow the instructions, is difficult enough. But for someone with processing problems, how do they even begin?

Ever Heard Of Dark Mode?
I have MS. My eyes are very sensitive to light backgrounded games. I can’t tolerate them. I looked and there was no way to switch to a Dark Mode setting. I can’t use this application unless this is an option.

Paid for annual VIP, got nothing - true scam
I got charged for the annual VIP offer, the app stays on the intro level and keeps asking me to pay for the VIP package if I want the full experience. Their support website is down and Apple themselves refuse to take my ticket over this. What a scam. Absolutely infuriating.
Purchased lifetime warranty
I purchased the lifetime warranty in Sep 2023 I now have a new iPhone. Downloaded the appt to my new phone tried logging in with email & I get message stating “error account not found.” Also I haven’t gotten any help from developer on this matter. The life time warranty wasn’t cheap by no means. So to have this happen is upsetting.
