Thank you for your feedback regarding the volume levels. We apologize that the previous presets were too loud and didn't allow for fine adjustment. In our recent major update, we have redesigned the volume control system to allow for much more granular adjustments, especially at lower levels. You should now be able to find a comfortable volume that works for you. Please update to the latest version and give it another try. We’d love to hear if this improves your experience!
