Hello deathlordawesome, Thanks for voicing your concerns here. We've uploaded a short video on our @fourtrackFM YouTube channel demonstrating file import through the Sampler instrument loaded in AUM (file import is not available in the Effect version which handles live input). In this video we also show the waveform editing available in the position editor by tapping "..." at the end of the position row. We do have a PDF manual on our support page, but we agree with you that there's a lack of documentation around import and we apologize for that. We are working on improving the docs.
