faulty

The app would not allow me to sign in, it would constantly repeat “sign in actioned required” I first made an account when I joined and it said it didn’t process and then wouldn’t allow me to log in either. Please fix this.

Can’t log in

Can’t log in, I have paid for 1 year of the app by accident, and now the app doesn’t work at all, I can’t log in.
It says:
“Re-authentication process failed, signin action required”

I try password forgotten, and it says the same thing.

This app is broken and I want my money back.

The app signup appears to be have some bugs.

This review is written in my own personal opinion based on my own personal experiences. I first saw the app being promoted on the news and thought it would be good to try as we are being targeted by a criminal entity. One of the ways we are being targeted is by the unlawful use of harmful levels of EMF coming from outside our residence. The EMF is directional and can target specific body parts. The criminals can target the heart causing disruption to electrical signals to your heart thus causing a heart event to occur. They can also target your head area to cause swelling, blurred vision, bleeding from ears, eyes, nose as well as other symptoms as the pressure in the skull builds and swelling occurs. There is also the static sound in your ears during and after each attack. It is not uncommon to wake up with your “brain rattling in your skull” feeling at 1am in the morning when being attacked. When the EMF levels are measured at the time of the “attack” they are found to be harmful. So I thought it would be interesting at the time of the attack to do the BrainEye test given the accuracy with concussions as highlighted on the news report. As it is not always possible to see a medical professional after an attack. After seeing the news report I downloaded the app with the expectation of being able to use it when and if the need arose. I was awoken at 1:50am this morning with the “brain rattling in the skull” feeling and confirmed (using equipment used to measure EMF levels) harmful levels of EMF targeting the pillow area where I was sleeping. I then opened the app but could not get past the sign up section - never received the verification email. Other issues included that upon signup the app does not allow the changing of your name. I had initially put in my shortened first name and surname whilst waiting for the email verification I read the T&s. After reading the apps T&Cs, I when back to the signup page to change my name to my initials as I did not want my identification details to be passed to other entities without first being notified of the entity name and given the opportunity to refuse. This is because of two reasons - 1/ the telecommunications network and customs in Australia do not appear to be locked down sufficiently enough and it appears to be easy for professional hackers to get access to entities data. 2/ Given my health records had already been hacked (according to the government service provider) in the state that I live in Australia I now want to know which entities have access to my data. When I went back to the signup page the app and changed my name to my initials the app would not allow for the change because it said that my email address was being used by another user. It appeared to me that the app was referring to my first attempt at signing up using the email address. I then tried to change it back to exactly how I originally entered it, but got the same message the email had been used by another account. Without me verifying the email I should have been able to change the signup details. I was still using the same device during the signup process. The app developer need to take into account that people can make mistakes it’s only human. The standard app developer practice from over 10 years ago is to cater for people changing details during signup and until the email/details are verified they should be changeable. Given it has been common practice for over 10 years I am unsure why this does not appear to be in practice in this app. Also this should have been picked up in the Q&A testing of this app. At the time of starting to write this review I had not received the verification email. Also I have some concerns that your T&Cs may have at least one clause that may not be legal. When I read the T&Cs I thought that there could possible be a maybe a breach the NSW crimes Act 1900. Paid only

Would be a good tool to use. I wasn’t happy with the fact that it is only a paid app.

Really impressive

I can see how something like this could revolutionise sport and give sporting parents some peace of mind. Looking forward to having this kind of tech in my pocket

Helped my son

My son hit his head playing footy and we weren’t sure what to do.

He got a red result with this app and a result we made him rest until we got an appointment with our GP.

He was diagnosed with concussion by our doctor and was only cleared to return 3 weeks later.

Not sure what would’ve happened without the app, but it’s certainly made a difference to my family already!

Great App

Download and logging in was easy enough. To do the test successfully you need to follow the instructions closely and set yourself up on in a stable manner.
It worked surprisingly well the first time around and the results were displayed clearly in the app and well explained.
The only thing I found a bit clunky was the downloading of a printable report.
Looking forward to doing the test again to see whether there are any changes over time.

Great product

Works as promised everytime.

Brilliant

I love this app, for the first time I can test my brain like a doctor. Used it with my team mates and actually identified a concussion, it was very eye opening for us.

Amazing 👀

Hard to test at first, but after watching the YouTube instruction videos, I get it every time.

Fantastic app

What an amazing tool to have. Worked perfect for me.

HTCS

Worked perfect for me, happy to have a tool in the palm of my hands! Very easy to use!

Too hard

Impossible to keep head still

Waste of time

Can’t get past sign up
Why advertise on the news if the app doesn’t work.

Useless

Sounded like such a useful tool but after 15 attempts and keeping my head and hands absolutely still, I couldn’t get past the first test. What a pity.

Can’t sign up or sign in

I can’t even get past the sign up page it doesn’t do anything, tried and tried and tried and gave up, deleted app🤷🏼‍♂️
