Was very excited to replace YouTube with this app but it didn’t last. The buffering makes content unwatchable and ended up frustrating the kids.

So many buffering
Videos pause to buffer so often. Almost every 10 seconds. There is no problem with Wi-Fi at home because other videos in YouTube or TED app stream well. Only Brainfeed keeps stopping every few seconds. I already paid for subscription.
Bug when playing video
Every time I try to watch a video with this app it always pauses over and over again
Sadly doesn’t work
After downloading and subscribing, every video comes up with an error message. I tried on iPhone and iPad. I tried refreshing and restarting devices. No change. Perhaps it’s not available in Canada??
App is not functional
All videos show “Sorry an error occurred”
Great videos on a wide range of topics
I homeschool our 6 kids and we use Brainfeed to watch videos about whatever topic we’re covering. For example, we’re currently learning about space so, as we read through our books, I search for videos that go along with that day’s reading. It helps keep the kids’ attention and it’s a good way to help out my more visual learners.
I also like that I can tell my older kids to find a video on a topic they’re independently learning about without worrying about what sorts of videos they might accidentally see. Youtube is not a good option for us because I can’t control the content they’ll come across. All brainfeed videos are kid-friendly!

I love how I can learn all sorts of things I don't learn at school AND enjoy! The problem is most videos are locked but that doesn't keep me from loving the app!

Is anyone keeping this up anymore? It is super glitchy, doesn’t work at all then I look and see the latest update was 4 years ago!?

This app is teaching my children so much, my daughter loves watching the science experiment videos. Even though you have to pay a little it’s a great experience.

It’s great but why pay for information that you can easily retrieve from YouTube. I know knowledge is Power but we shouldn’t pay for that. Please stop the subscriptions and payment. Thank you if you do
