Fraudulent can’t cancel
This company will continue to charge you and say they canceled it. My child did not find it helpful and when I attempted to cancel we were no longer able to get in it and caught in a password spiral reset. I believed it was canceled over a year ago then yesterday I was charged $54 for another year. Contacted them same day once again said they canceled but no refund. I can’t stress enough to not use this app.

I mean, it has helped me a couple times. And it’s pretty hand, too ! But, the answers are not always accurate. (I was using it for IXL :*)Developer, do you think u could make the answers more accurate ? Thanks!
Charged a full year. Never used the app. No refund
The app is built around a paywall. Free use is limited, then you get pushed into a yearly plan. I did not use Brainly after that. No questions, no tutors, no homework help. The charge still went through for a full year.
Uninstalling does not stop it. You have to cancel in iPhone Settings, under Subscriptions. The app itself is easy to forget and hard to get out of.
That design is the problem. A homework app should not keep a year of payment for an account that was never used. One star for the product and for how the subscription works.

Stupid AI
Your dumb AI is ALWAYS wrong and I never get the right answers from the “community” not worth the wasted data storage on my phone
Got me an 86 on math homework!
I love this app because it breaks down the different steps to your math problems and it also gives you accurate answers so I got an 86% thanks to Brainly! 👏🥳
Ai is very unhelpful.
The ai doesn’t understand the photos of homework I send it and even when I told it the numbers were negative in the problem it would not fix it I was trying to get help in my math class but this is kinda what I get for using ai

They make it near impossible to cancel and there are so many better apps for this type of thing.

It says a the beginning that it’s optional to sign out so I said no I don’t want to sign up right now then anything you do you have to sign up for so I tried to sign up and it wouldn’t let me😡😡

I purchased a yearly subscription for almost $100. Email said it would auto renew as a yearly subscription. I’ve been getting charged monthly $30 instead of the yearly fee of $100, for almost 3 years. How do I get a refund?
