I purchased a yearly subscription for almost $100. Email said it would auto renew as a yearly subscription. I’ve been getting charged monthly $30 instead of the yearly fee of $100, for almost 3 years. How do I get a refund?

u cancel the subscription and they still charge u secretly and it’s not as easy as pressing a button cancel these guys are bad people.

Don’t waste your money or your time!! Never received registration email. Only a receipt to the email I signed up with but was told by support that my email was not on file 😳 don’t do it!
