Amazing app that I've been looking for!!
Been looking for an app like this for a bit and find this one that is in my opinion absolutely perfect, don't see any ads, plays in background, bunch of sounds and different music and even bunch of pre-sets that are perfect for all sorts of different purposes or preferences, only thing I would change is allowing the timer to be set to any amount or make few hours max instead of limiting the maximum to 25 min but still perfect in my eyes. Personal thanks to the creator! ๐

My therapist recommended this app to my daughter suffering from severe anxiety. It helped me get through a dental surgery that I was terrified to have done. It was an amazing relaxing technique for sure!
One of the better quality apps
Iโve tried a few brain health apps, and this is one of the better ones! Might I suggest a brown noise or lower tone sound along with a session for headaches?

This app was recommended from my psychiatrist and Iโve been using it for over a year now, itโs been a life saver! Always calms my mind and Iโm able to get a full nights sleep.

I have downloaded a ton of trial or free binaural and isochronic apps, just hoping to find one worth buying, but this one (hope they do not downgrade it now lol), has enough features for me that I would have been willing to pay for it.

I have downloaded a whole lot of apps over the years, and have only reviewed about five, so I'm not a paid reviewer; just someone who has spent hours on YouTube and who has downloaded so many worthless crappy "free" apps that promise half of what this one does, only to drive you insane with ads and give you nothing unless you "try" to try out a feature, only to get taken to the App Store to purchase a subscription or pay for the upgrade! Apple should start monitoring the store better!!!
I love that I can put on several sounds at once and then control the volume of each one separately (and set a timer). I like the "Ocean," "Thunder," and light "Rain," sounds all together. I sleep like a log.
Love the isochronic tones also. I like binaural beats too but it's hard to go to sleep with headphones on, so this is GREAT.
To the developer(s): You are a coding genius and you did a superb job with the UI and layout. I greatly appreciate it. I'm going to buy the upgrade in a couple days just to support your work on the free trial...and I'll still be the winner.

This is a great little app which generally does everything it says it should do.
Only negative is that it recently wasn't functioning correctly and I had to reinstall it.

first saw this referenced in a Doctor oz show a couple of years ago and I have used it many times since. it is a God sent when I can concentrate and meditate.

I downloaded this on an IPad Air & it works fine without the need for Wifi which is a big plus. Also, the fact that it doesn't require headphones is a HUGE benefit as I've been downloading these types of Apps for over a year & most require headphones I don't get to use them much as I like to be able to multitask if possible(this App also allows me to close the screen & use other Apps-Another huge plus). I will definitely come back to update my current 4star review based on the features above & I will definitely BUY the $1.99 version which offers many more sessions I could use-but First I need to experience some results from this App. I like that it doesn't take up enormous space as well as some of these Apps do for offline use. Here is why I cannot give it 5full stars yet-I've tried it 3times now & based on the titles of the sessions such as "15 minute coffee break" & similar for quick stress & tension or anxiety relief as well as right now I am playing the session for a boost of motivation which is titled for workouts & has an after workout recovery session as well-but I am just hoping for some positive motivation & good energy to get out of this funk which has left me being unproductive & feeling like I've lost time when hours have passed in the day & I have so much to do but due to my own medical & personal issues-it seems like I get up-I have Great ideas for reducing clutter & organizing my stuff which is mostly still in crates & piles from moving a few months ago. I have the entire day usually & have laundry in need of folding & putting away & washing & I need a shower & have been in desperate need of a pedicure & manicure & some beauty rituals to look better-feel better-increase my self esteem-I even bought a bunch of new at home gel manicure items in nice colors & designs & new pedicure pampering items as well as facials & hair products. I've downloaded tons of Apps for overcoming procrastination & depression & pain & feeling healthy lucky & abundant as well as positive audio affirmations which I used for a while before moving to get out of a rock bottom depression & it Worked but somehow I stopped& it's been hard to get back on track(even gratitude journaling-getting nice new journals & colored gel pens& markers as well as doodling art books for Ripple Art & abstract & geometric & paisley patterns & fun things like butterflies, flowers & fairies-All creative outlets which when I spend time coloring & creating my own designs-doodling & rippling-I've found the time well spent as it Positively affected my mood, energy & well-being after taking 'me-time' & being creative & colorful as well as writing poetry, stories & songs& ideas for my very own dream house as I used to do as a kid-for hours all night long just looking thru a Consumers Warehouse catalog & creating lists of each item I'd buy & what room I'd put it in-with much detail creating my grown up imaginary family. I am grown up now&found after an accident& emotional trauma-various situations that the ability I had in my youuth which motivated me to go far in life & make a positive difference in the world-so I was always working-resourceful-busy-busy-busy as a young mom after years in foster homes-I revolved my life around my family-my sons father-my son-our dog but also kept learning-reading-challenging my brain with word puzzles-crafts-photos-creating collages-decorating when I had free time from full time parenting cooking cleaning shopping errands laundromat bill-paying-there were years I was too busy to even get my Christmas cards out much less all the other holidays & cards I enjoyed sending with stickers & photos &fun stuff. I was frugal & a great coupons&looked & money saver & later got involved in at home market research doing surveys beta tests online forum discussions & village hall style online focus groups-all paid-either by checks or gift cards for popular online merchants or gift cards for popular restaurants & stores & some had redemption prizes-catalog prizes you earned & others just gave the sample beta test product in its completed form after you helped with it for weeks or months-like the first digital home security camera setup that would show you on your phone if someone was on your property-A great incentive I didn't even know I'd get until after I completed the beta test. Point is-I saved my family a lot of$$ & we got to try new stuff & things I wouldn't buy or afford& I got to help companies improve so many items-I even got to host parties to give away free stuff with neighbirs&friends&I also participated in freebieBoards&ashamed what I found as others dud&egos tons of great freebies for years&seven won some contests&&traded coupons too& for a while after my accident I did extreme coupons get due to necessity spending 60-80hrs weekly collecting coupons&spanning then shopping to get $200 orders for $2 or less-times 2-4 orders per week shopped it was like working but I can't work so I could do that until policies changed & I couldn't take the time & stress & unfriendly stores-My motivation & positive energy & always working to get ahead & get better-so we would move from 1 BR TO 2, then 3 so I had an at home office & at home washer&dryer& moved in I thought my dream house 1yr.b4 accident-Finally had it all-ROOM-fireplace-pool-could save decorations for holidays every year & garden &call that-but the accident took away everything-including the 20yr.unmarried relationship with sons father which had been rocky & verbally emotionally abusive for years b4 that but after accident his lack of empathy, help & even driving me insane by messing with my meds was Enough-so lost income, relationship-my creative interests my motivation & positivity&that was 4 yrs. ago-I've gone up&downWasting entire years-losing time-friends-being I'll-sickly skinny-needing support & seeking it 4awhile but finding without a car&needing door to door transportation there is no support except for some nice ladies at Church b4.

I love it!
This app has so many options and available combinations. With the choices between sounds and music and compilations, you can spend a lot of time establishing preferences. I have paid for other apps that are much lesser and pale in comparison to this one! Kudos!
Really helpful
This app is really helpful in calming me down when I'm stressed. The only downside is I'd like to run it in the background whilst I'm listening to an audiobook to get to sleep, which you can't do.
Very decent
I have to say that with the limited choices of the free version, I'm very pleased with it. Quick stress relief session is very helpful since I get stressed easily and the workout performance session is great for both workouts and working in general since it boots motivation. I hope to download the full version soon to experience more
