The ad looks nice but no instructions come with the app. I have spent two hours trying to figure out how to create the segments that the ad demonstrates. I'd like to be able to use this ap and I'll keep trying but it's not as easy as it looks.

Backup goes nowhere

When I try to back up to iCloud, it just keeps saying that it's backing up without ever finishing. Please fix.

Response from developer

Please remain in the app until the backup progress reaches 100%. Please do not press the home button while the backup is in progress. When the backup completes, a message will pop up saying "Backup is uploading to iCloud. Also send it to another location?". If you are not seeing this, please contact us at support@zymbiotic.com for further help.

Sync with Dropbox

I use the app on iPhone and iPad. Tags do not seem to be part of the Dropbox sync????

Never Starts Up

Save your money. It doesn't work at all. If it ran for a while and crashed occasionally I could live with that for $.99. It never even started completely to give itself the opportunity to crash. De-installed & re-installed several times & got the same results. Don't buy it until they fix it.

Amazing app!

I was looking for a long time for an app like this. Coming from a blackberry I'm used to synchronized notes via exchange server. The default notes app for the iPhone pushes notes to gmail but you can't edit them from another computer or device. Many apps claim to sync with google docs properly. I've tried a number and they never worked properly. This one does!

Very disappointing....

I was looking for an app that syncs passwords securely between devices. Whilst this app does this, the security aspect is seriously flawed. If you mark an item as password protected on one device, when it syncs on the second, the password sync does not syncronise as well. The item is unprotected until you manually add protection to each individual entry. This is very time consuming and insecure.

I contacted the company and they said that they are looking to alter this in future updates, but for now, this application is not great if you are looking to sync securely between devices. I have now deleted it, so is a waste of money for me.

I've since downloaded 1password which syncs everything securely through dropbox. Whilst a lot more expensive as you beed the PC software as well, it does everything successfully.

Love Mental Note--This: Not Quite There Yet

Mental Note, made by the same people who made Brainwave--is an outstanding app that keeps getting better and better. Brainwave to me is a cheaper and far less robust version of MN that seems to offer just one big thing lacking in MN, which is a sync to the cloud, in this case with Google Docs. Somewhere down the road, I hope, is an app that combines the best features of both.

Not that good

Sync to Gdoc is a good thing but this program does not read or display PDF docs from Google Docs. Only reason I got it but was a waste of money only gives garble on the screen.
