The App is just as slow and useless as Brampton Enforcement
Unbelievable that the City honestly believes this App is helpful. It’s frustrating how slow it is to put in a by-law Infraction. The app is a reflection of the department. SLOW AND USELESS .

Great idea, just needs proper attention
When it worked, this app was great. But it stopped working a while ago and hasn’t been fixed. It crashes AFTER you have spent the time filling out a detailed request. Grrr!
The app is an absolute joke!
Does not work most of the times when I need to used. How much tax payer money went into programming this useless app. When it does work no one out there to reenforce the bylaws. A waste of my time.

App won’t work with email bug
The app won’t let me submit any requests because it keeps claiming my email address is invalid, apparently because it includes dashes (-). This bug was reported over a year ago and still remains unfixed, very poor.
Weak APP
I am trying to submit complaint and tried 5 times but it does not submit. Even while submitting it takes a while to process, very poor App and need upgrades.

I tried to pay a fine on the city website but read I would have to download this app to do so. When I tried to pay the fine on this app I was redirected back to the website.

Typed everything in twice and it doesn’t create a tracking number so no request was submitted. Useless.
Super slow - doesn’t work
Super slow! Doesn’t even work most of the time. I can’t send any service requests! Please improve the app before advertising about it.

This app is useless. Out of 15 reports on night parking they heave only come out once to issue tickets and I don’t even think that had anything to do with my report.
Doesn’t work
I have been trying for days to input a service request with no success. Able to input all of the information, upload a picture, etc. however the service request continues to say “Please Wait” and ultimately times out. I have an existing request that I also try to view the status of and the same thing happens. Very poor app. 👎

I cannot enter as it doesn’t allow to go further.
Cannot create any requests on iOS
There is no accept button to press and go ahead to create a request.

This is a utilities app, not social networking.
