Brand Baba – One of the Worst Apps I’ve Ever Used!
My experience with the Brand Baba app has been absolutely terrible. I paid for a lifetime membership, expecting to use the services without any issues, but now I can’t use any of the app’s services at all. The app simply hangs, becomes unresponsive, and is practically useless.
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of support from their end. There are no proper bug fixes, no resolution, and no response to address the issue. After paying for a lifetime membership, being left with an app that doesn’t work and a company that doesn’t seem to care is extremely disappointing.
A lifetime membership means nothing if you can’t access the services you paid for. Customers deserve a working app, timely updates, and proper customer support—not silence and unresolved issues.
My recommendation: Think twice before spending your money on Brand Baba. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone—not even for free. Extremely disappointing service and a complete waste of money.

Generally the app is held up
The app has good templates and the poster options are useful, but it constantly gets stuck on the “Loading…” screen. This happens almost every time I open it — the home screen shows blank placeholders and the spinner just keeps running. I have to force close and reopen, and even then it takes several attempts. Connection is not the issue at my end. Please fix the loading/performance problem, otherwise the app is unusable for quick work. Happy to raise the rating once this is sorted

Everything is pre-prepared, so there is no need to spend much money on this plan.
All are ready-made templates, they just add the name of a company like ours and the address. No one can create a special or separate post for us. Everything is pre-generated.
Worst Experience – Unprofessional & Unresponsive
I purchased a plan expecting prompt service, but everything went downhill right after the payment was made. There is a massive delay in service delivery, and work is never done on time. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely non-existent—no one ever answers calls or responds to queries. Highly disappointing service. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Best app for marketing
One of the best apps available at a very negligible price. It is completely independent, extremely easy to understand, and the creatives are of excellent quality. I strongly recommend this app to every business owner, entrepreneur, and even politicians for effective communication and outreach.
