Waste of time
I’ve done enough surveys to qualify for $7.02 CAD at 505 point I’ve tried both Apple Pay and PayPal both kick me back to the dashboard.first half hour I attempted on the app than signed in online same story
A review of the app not the brand!
I think most here are reviewing the brand, but this should really be for reviewing the app. The app is inferior to using the website version (on a tablet) as the app is old fashioned and narrow. There’s no way I can see to report dodgy surveys or late disqualification on the app either, but you can on the web version. The 1990s-style narrowness means you can’t see the questions properly on some surveys, so there’s a tiresome amount of scrolling up, down, left, right.
Unfortunately, right now the log in for the website is broken, & customer services don’t seem to be able to comprehend or understand this, let alone answer it. So as a whole, I’d normally give Branded a 4/5 but with the website being broken & customer services not able to grasp this, the rating drops significantly.

Time
Spend a lot of time looking for surveys as opposed to actually completing surveys. Can become very time consuming. The bonus points are appreciated with some surveys.
I love Branded and use them every day
I love everything about them except about half the surveys that I start freeze half or all the way through it and I don’t get points for what I’ve completed
Worse Survey App
I get done with the survey, and as soon as it launches me back to the Home Screen, it says “I don’t verify for the survey” or it already filled up? And gives me 1 point? Waste of time.
Data thieves
4/5 surveys I’ve taken today randomly say “not a match” or “full” several minutes into the surveys or at the very end when I’m done. This app is programmed to screw you over so that they can steal your data and not pay you a cent.
Since this company is headquartered in California, file a California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) against them since they are literal sociopaths and do everything in their power to steal from you. Also, their customer service was outsourced to peasants in India because that’s the closest they can get to slave labor.

Not honest
So I just want to start it off by saying you do get the money they give you however the surveys are usually not the time they mention it could be longer also you may do the whole thing and the don’t approve your answer and you get nothing, I did a survey about ai centers it was asking me about how I felt and how it affected the election, did the whole thing took about 10-15 min for a survey that said 8min and the rejected my answers which is weird since it was asking me about my opinion on the matter.

Fraud Site
Despite repeated inquiries and screenshot proof with timestamps, Branded Surveys refuses to honor offers and provide points as described. DO NOT USE.
Horrible
Do not try this I spent 20 minutes on a survey just for it to say your not the match and not give me any coins. Very disappointing and a waste of my time.

If I could give a 0 star I would They will suspend your account for no reasons and keep money you worked hard for hours.

They’ll cheat you in any and every possible way. Don’t bother with customer service, it’s all copy/pasted non answers. Truly horrible company. Edit: don’t be fooled by their public app responses - they don’t care at all.

I’ve been using Branded Surveys for a while now, and I can honestly say it is one of the best survey websites/apps I’ve used. You can complete surveys, share your opinions, and earn money at the same time. I’ve already made two withdrawals through PayPal, and the withdrawal process was really easy and very quick.
I also want to give a special thank you to Brianna, who helped me resolve an issue with my account. She was very helpful, patient, and took the time to look into my situation and solve the problem. I really appreciate her support.

Very disappointed return back
I was a branded survey client in 2022 and I recently heard that they had gotten better because the original reason why I left was it was so many bugs with the app and not just that they wasn’t giving you points. Let’s fast-forward the 2026 a the same thing is happening I see no change in the app. I’ve had to ask for my points and my credit several times from many of the surveys and that just get really annoying so I’m going to delete the app again if I’m going to take my time out to do a surveys, I expect things to happen a little more professional, and better than the way this app is handling the survey and problems yes, they do give you a credit after their investigation but who wants to keep going through that. Please find a better way.

Weary of the surveys!
I’m new to Branded Surveys but I’ve already caught on to them getting you all the way to the end of a 30 minute survey & then telling you you’re not a match! Last night I was on a survey about weed that took literally an hour to complete and I got 28 points for it. It said it would take 10 mins. Just now it took me 30 mins to complete one it said would take 10 mins about banks. Got all the way to the end & was told I wasn’t a match and gave me 1 point! Which equals a penny! I’ve had a few I wasn’t a match for but it told me within a few questions. Then I’ve had several that have gotten me all the way to the end just to tell me I’m not a match! These surveys are time consuming!! And it’s not fair to get all our info, even our names in some of them just to say we’re not a match! That’s something that needs to be fixed. PRONTO! I haven’t tried to cash out yet as I only have $10 on it. But I’ll edit the review when that time comes. I’m also playing games and it’s awarding the points as it should so that’s good. Anyway, fix this glitch or whatever it is cuz I’m weary of doing surveys that take all my info but don’t award me the 59¢ to do them!

I’ve sent a ticket that gives the ridiculous window of 7-10 business days!! And you had to get WAY into the game!! Level 400 & level 600! The next level to receive a reward for is level 800 and I don’t want to play anymore until I see that I’ll get what I’m owed now! I treat this kind of like a job since I’m earning money to do it. And if I don’t get paid I don’t want to do it anymore! They’re good about surveys though. You get that 29¢ for an hour of your time! Do better yall! Taking 2 stars away until I get my money!

Some times picky
Great payouts, time spent is worthwhile. the rewards speak for themselves.
Technical issues
Branded only works about 50% of the time. There are constant technical issues on many surveys so you don’t get paid. The pay is very low so when I spend 20 minutes on a survey and then there is a technical error it’s very frustrating.

It’s not giving me all my points
Used to be good, now paying barely pennies for surveys and offers, and don’t pay out half the time
You can grind for ages on a survey or offer for next to nothing. Payouts definitely used to be better. You can also spend 10 minutes or so just trying to qualify for a survey, answering a ton of detailed, personal questions before it decides you do not qualify for the survey (I think just a scam to get answers for free). Offers pay out only about half the time, even when you do everything absolutely right. It used to be easy to report an issue and the people responding were great but now you are not able to report an issue in many cases and they are resorting to canned responses that essentially mean they don’t care

This is actually true
I didn’t actually expect this app to really pay out but it does. The surveys do tend to kick me out sometimes but as long as you continue you will get into a survey
