This “COULD” be a 5 star review. Alas YOU developers, providing software for a really good watch, won’t provide US with imperial measurements. Not everyone uses the metric system. Please. Please update this software now.
Potential users, especially in the US, if you don’t see a update providing imperial measurements, I would not only stay away from this APP but also far away from any device (such as those provided by military mental endurance), because it won’t be worth using the product.

Metric to US standard
The dials need to be updated to have both metric and standard measurements and 24hr and 12 hr (am/pm) for more dial settings.

Absolutely no reason why this App does not work properly!
Terrible
This is app is absolutely terrible it’ll connect to my phone but if i put in the headphones to listen to music it won’t connect and it’ll play off my phone. Doesn’t show the notifications you shouldn’t waste you money.
Is conversion
Need to update app so that US standard measurements can be used. Need to be able to change settings from km to miles and kg to lbs etc. also need options for military time to standard time.
Pathetic app
This app is as bad as it gets. Unfortunately it seems this is the only app available for the watch I just purchased. I wonder if a 3 year old developed it? The date and times are way off and there’s little to no user control or adjustments that can be made. Although the developers see these comments, apparently they don’t care to fix it. Thankfully it was a free app or It would be worse. If you don’t need it don’t use it!!!

Seriously, is there another app I can use with this watch? I like the watch and the earbuds are decent, but the app is trash.

This is the companion app to a retail watch. I paid $100 for the watch.
1. It won’t let you change gender!!!
2. My weight is in “glucose” what is that?
3. It won’t let me record my progress in US measurements.

Please update the software
If you could please update this app it would be great. If you could add new features like making our own photos as a watch face or adding new watch faces, it would also be great if you could be able to make custom watch faces through the app. Being able to sync the time of the phone to the watch would also be great because the method of setting the time is difficult. Being able to switch between metric system to imperial system and vise versa would be great. Filling the empty spaces in the watch with something would also be great. Making it easier to connect the messages would be amazing.

Good watch, terrible app
The watch is good and works well the app is seriously buggy. It doesn’t record settings. The gender option is useless because everyone is assigned woman. The alerts don’t save. This is disappointing considering the quality of the the watch.

Just like the first review, this app is useless!!! Watch is useless as well if the app that you need doesn’t show the information in order to get your correct medical data synced. You select personal info for example and when you try to put your age, it’s a blank white screen. Tried another section, same thing white blank screen!!!! $139.99 for a useless watch.
