Great app super easy to use
Unfortunately all of the negative reviews on this app are user error. I do IT a for a living and you having issues with your thumb print scanner isn't the banks fault , the bank wanting you to ensure you money is secure but that life isn't for you seems silly and saying you can't change your password you literally put your user name is and it says reset password. Love the bank and the people and the app and the customer service is always top notch.

App is horrible
I got a new phone. Suddenly my password isn’t saved. No big deal right? I can go online and change it. Nope! I’m not authorized to change my own password to my own bank account that has my own hard earned money in it. And it’s the weekend so I have no access to my account until Monday! Thanks Branson Bank! Perhaps you could try making an app that actually works?

Constant Password Changes....
I love this bank, and love the PEOPLE immensely! But the online/app access drives me insane. I have to change my password so often, I get them mixed up. Then if I get locked out, (which it doesn’t even tell me) and the bank is closed for weekends/holidays/etc, I have no access to my balance without driving to an ATM. Please give me the option to keep the same password! If I get hacked, it’s my fault, and I’ll take that risk! I’ll even sign a waiver that doesn’t blame anyone but myself. Just let me be like every single other account I own, and keep one password.

Access is great. Touch ID doesn’t stay active on iPhone 6 as of 6/2018.
