How convenient, this was purchased in error by my minor niece and I want a refund so I tap the contact us link on ur app and it won’t open. Now Apple sees this as an overdue balance and I can’t purchase anything on my phone. Please refund my debit card. Also, you honestly charge people $34.99 to use an icon changer app? All the others are $8.99 or under. Total scam.

Good
It took me awhile to figure out how to actually choose which widget I wanted and when I added it, half was cut off. I had to use a different one so it wouldn’t be, but it is still a pretty good app.
Use Something Else
There are just way better apps. I wanted to try out the subscription so I clicked on the 0.67 a week option and they charged me 30$ for a year. All of the customer service links in the app are broken. You can’t get all of the app icons in themes; you can only choose certain app links. If you choose a theme, they make you web links for the app instead of a bookmark or new picture, so when you click on the app, it takes you to a web page real quick and then to the app. I guess if you want to make your own theme, you could use this app, but there are better apps for that. Just get themify or make your own.

Error 503
I keep getting a 503 error code so I can't use the app 2 days after I bought it
Terrible.
First of all, to unlock the icons you have to watch an ad just to unlock ONE icon. 67 cents a week isn’t bad but I’m not paying to customize my phone!
App has not been working for awhile
None of my gift widgets will load and I keep getting error codes. I’ve tried downloading and removing the app and nothing works. It’s frustrating that there’s no way to contact these people.

Horrible instructions
Upon paying the 40$ to even get into the app you try and use it and are met with the worst instructions ever, “after you download you need to install, go to settings app, click the installed profile” yeah? Where’s that at? no option in settings lets you see downloaded files this isn’t a pc it’s an iOS phone you need more detailed instructions on what to do and how to do it.

Sudden app crashes
Been using Brass for years. Never had a problem. Now every time I open it and go to widgets it crashes. My desktop widgets not working either. Very frustrating.
