Works, but lacks important functions for Audio settings and Airplay stereo pairing
The promised functions work - well, mostly. I was very very dissatisfied when I found out that AirPlay is generally supported, and stereo pairing of two Braun Audio LE speakers is generally possible - just not with AirPlay. That’s a real shame. I cannot understand why 1. Google Home is a must when setting up stereo pairing (then it only works with Bluetooth (80% of the time) or Chromecast (not for Apple users)) and 2. Why it is not possible to create a stereo pair for AirPlay speakers, as with Sonos or other brands.
Two options remain:
1. Using an AirPlay (e.g. WiiM streamer) device and connecting it to left and right speaker via 3.5 mm jack to achieve stereo sound - tried it, the DSP of the two speakers sometimes requires a different time to process the audio leading to a lack between left and right speaker every 3 hours or so (I tried this with a WiiM Pro for 3 months)
2. Using the multi speaker capability of Airplay 2 - namely connecting two LE speakers with a source (e.g., iPhone). This leads not to stereo, but to double mono - and to another frustration: it would helpful if you could add the function of left/right channel to this app! Should be super simple and would at least ease the frustration if I could generally set up one speaker as left channel and one speaker as right channel. A real stereo setup for AirPlay would be the state of the art for a 3000 € pair of speakers (2x LE01 with stands).
2 stars for the fact that the app itself generally works.

Google Home installieren
