My awesome experience with Brave+

Good but everything is locked😒😒
It isn’t fair. It doesn’t have anything free but free previews you need to pay if you want everything it’s not they’re not even the books please fix. I want free but I could pay thank you at least keep Iggy and Mr. Kirk free please at least just one season.
Terrible
The content is fine. But it’s almost impossible to cancel. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription twice and it’s still continuing to charge me. Trying to find the correct page to cancel is ridiculous. The app keeps asking you math questions and when you answer them, all it does is throw you back to the home page. I had to actually go to reddit to figure out how to get to the “hidden” page to finalize the cancellation process. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but you need to do better for account access.

Not as promised
I was hopeful!! looked great on Instagram. There’s no trial offered… and I can kind of see why now.
We tried multiple shows and episodes, but almost all of them failed with “playback errors.” After clicking around long enough we finally got one to play… only to get halfway through The Pilgrim’s Progress and be hit with flying, crazed demons.
Sorry BRAVE- this just isn’t it.
Hoping the bugs get worked out and the content better aligns with what’s being promised—because right now it’s not something I’d feel comfortable having my four-year-old watch.

Account not connecting to app
I paid for the subscription but cannot get logged into the app and can’t communicate with anyone to fix the problem. Customer service is a joke.
Can’t watch!!!
I signed up for the $6 subscription but I’m unable to watch hardly any of the videos. I’ve only found 2 that will play. Waste of money & im really disappointed that Kirk Cameron would promote this app.

This app only allows 3 devices to be logged in. It’s not even a matter of how many screens are being used at once, you can only have 3 logged in. I have 5 devices that I would like to use in my house so that is wildly inconvenient. I get asked once a week minimum to log into this app because they might want to watch it in the playroom or my room or the basement. I will probably cancel because I find that annoying. The content on here is good, if not sparse. Very similar to BentKey. We love Iggy & Mr. Kirk and Luna, Chip & Inky. Iggy & Mr. Kirk is on Great American Pureflix now so I might just save myself $7 a month and cancel.

Can’t create an account. downloaded the app on Roku and my phone and can not watch anything without an account. No emails were sent just wants me to log in but log in with what I’ve never made an account
Great to have safe, quality shoes for kids
I tear up sometimes when I see my kiddos registering good morals from an episode of Iggy and Mr.Kirk. It’s nice to have something for them to watch where I don’t have to worry much

So I got this game like 3 weeks now and I love it 😻 it is so fun to play and watch all the little shows that has on there even teaches you about the Bible and it is so fun to play. There is no ads and I definitely recommended it

App unusable
I bought a subscription. Couldn’t sign in. I contacted customer support all they said was my account was active. I was charged the money can’t view any shows except the free Kirk cameron one. Says I don’t have access. I emailed support and get no response. Disappointing bc it looked like there was a lot of good content. Buggy app can’t view any shows but they charged my Apple Pay?? Feels like a scam especially with unresponsive support

Wholesome and safe!
My family of 6 just love this app! All the shows are safe, educational and have been provoking some great conversations with our kiddos!
Not user friendly
This app needs some work. I cannot figure out how to subscribe because it won’t send me emails to create an account. I’ve tried several emails and junk folders. Please please update the app to make it work!! I really want to subscribe and have my kids use this app

Amazing app
What a great idea for parents that want a safe streaming service for their kids!! Iggy and Mr. Kirk is my kids new favorite show! They are hooked in a good way! They don’t have as many options as Disney and Netflix but the shows they do have are far better for young minds. I hope they add more options soon and I believe they will we were hoping for some veggie tales and Bernstein bears maybe? For now considering how new they are it has some great oldies and some awesome new shows I’ve never heard of. I can’t stop saying great stuff about brave plus. If they continue to add new wholesome content I have no doubt they will surpass Disney and Netflix. Parents if you don’t want to worry about what your kids are watching and learning this is the app you need! Please keep going brave plus! We need more stuff like this for our children. Very exited to see this streaming service grow

So happy to have an app I don’t have to worry about the kids switching to something i’m not sure is okay if i’ve never seen before or weird ads popping up on videos that they’re allowed to watch. nice to know they’ll be taught good values and no weird agendas
Can’t watch it
I have a monthly Brave books subscription and according to their website, this means I should have access to this streaming service. I used the same email address and yet I can’t watch most of the shows on this. I will need to cancel my book subscription to buy a monthly subscription to this. Also, it only allows 3 devices to be logged in to this app. It’s not even a matter of how many screens are being used at once, you can only have 3 logged in, even if only one child wants to watch a show at that time. I have 5 devices that I would like to use in my house so that is wildly inconvenient. I have 4 sons and each wants to watch a different show but one of them is going to be disappointed because of the limit of screens allowed.
UPDATE: I cancelled my Brave books subscription and have replaced it with the subscription to this service. I emailed them a few days ago and never received a reply. The content on here is good, if not sparse. Very similar to BentKey. We love Iggy & Mr. Kirk.

Absolutely amazing!
Brave+ is an absolutely amazing and safe app for kids shows. Our family have been in love for the Brave Books and with the show we couldn’t be happier!
